It’s in all caps, as you see, so either he intended to scream or he was so distracted he didn’t see the caps lock on. Late Tuesday night, as the Valentine’s Day posts started showing up on the east coast, Donald Trump sent his love message out into the ether — directed to his old nemesis Adam Schiff.
I lived in California for 40 years — including six year’s in Adam Schiff’s district, BTW — and I don’t recall any multiple ballots that I could just fill out at will. Maybe I was in the wrong part of the state.
Anyhow, we know that Trump is nuts, that’s a no brainer. The curiosity here is why the Congressman? What did Adam do now? Now general consensus is that Trump is ticked off about the loss of George Santos’ former congressional seat to a Democrat. That makes perfect sense.
As to the Senate, it’s Democratically led now and whomever wins the race in California is going to be a Democrat, so what could possibly be Trump’s issue?
Trump’s main issue, as far as everyone knows, is getting the Supreme Court to decide on a writ of certiorari — or decide to pass on same and then the world will know that they choose not to challenge the district court’s finding on presidential immunity and that’s that. Trump has no immunity. Now Schiff DID weigh in on immunity and showed everybody how abysmally stupid the concept of presidential immunity is. If you missed that, here it is again.
That is my two cents worth. I personally think that this escaped Trump somehow, until tonight, and he saw it and now he’s off foaming at the mouth over Congressman Schiff again.
That said, if anybody else can find a causal connection between Trump going batshit over Schiff tonight of all nights, please let us all know. I can’t find anything else that could set Trump off and this tape is a month old.

Now the Santos debacle definitely triggered Trump. Here’s that.
Maybe what happened is not that MAGA stayed home. Maybe what happened is that there isn’t enough of MAGA to make a difference. Maybe people are sick and tired of MAGA and this is the shape of things to come. Ever think of that, Donald? I think that’s exactly what he’s thinking and he’s shaking in his shoes so bad his lifts are rattling.

Here are some possibilities why dingleberry went bat-shit over Rep. Schiff–someone might have said something that sounded like Schiff, he might have accidentally seen a picture/article with Schiff in it, there might have been something on the magical (to him certainly) tee-vee device as he was flipping through the channels in a rage (his usual m.o.), the possibilities are almost endless but the one thing that must be included regardless of what he viewed/heard is that he is extraordinarily stupid.
Maybe Melania walks by his bedroom door and whispers different names she knows will make him go bat-shit in an effort to give the idiot a coronary and yesterday was Adam Schiff’s turn. This one, to me, is the least surprising of any other reason-surely even Melania must be done with the fool.
Not at all surprising, he has hated Schiff through both impeachment trials. Schiff was a,sane, calm voice explaining the evidence and the impact on the election aftermath. His quiet assurance was soothing and reasonable especially compared with Trump’s bombast, bluster, and accusations based on no evidence whatsoever.
Trump hates everyone who doesn’t treat him like the Alpha Silverback he sees himself as, despite the fact gorillas are much better behaved and silver backs are protective because they are responsible for the group’s safety.
As Murf wrote recently, the appellate courts and SCOTUS should not even consider the immunity issue until after the trial takes place. If SCOTUS agrees to consider the case, then tables it several months (thus postponing the trial), we’ll know they are in the tank for Trump. What other criminal defendant has received such preferential treatment?Democrats need to hammer this point constantly between now and the election.
His projection is amazing. He is all that he claims Schiff is. Can he just die and go away?
I would settle for house arrest with meals being taken I his apartment, no contact with anyone but family and his attorneys, and not allowed to wander further than a hundred feet from the house, where he can watch others golfing while not being allowed to play himself.
