Now another comment down thread said that they’re not in love with him, they just want a souvenir to show that they met him for posterity, after it all hits the fan and he’s gone. And that is plausible.
Maybe the answer is both, and all permutations in between. We live in a strange, polarized world so I don’t see much of anything in black and white anymore. Here’s a sample of how all the comments stacked up.
There you see the cultural divide. Hillary’s freaking emails are still being conflated as the defense for any outrage, not matter how serious, and the other two comments are spot on.
This is who we are in 2023, the Divided States of America. That’s the long and short of it. And Trump has certainly contributed to this circus.
We’ll have to ride it out to the finish. Some things in life are like that and the Trump phenomenon and the Cult of Trump are two of those things.
When criminals run the Supreme Court by lying under oath and overturn legal precedents THEY SWORE UNDER OATH not to do…well…where do we go for justice? This latest case was spun by a lie the Court KNEW was a lie and ended affirmative action anyway. EQUAL JUSTICE UNDER LAW???

Are those morons that uninformed that they think that AFTER CAMPAIGNING ON ‘lock her up’, that Trump didn’t even investigate her? Why aren’t they pi$$ed that Trump didn’t lock her up being that he had the opportunity? I know we’re all aware they she wasn’t indicted b/c the emails were improperly marked confidential rather than classified and there was no way for her to know they were mismarked, thus she wasn’t indicted. But do MAGAs think someone else was president while trump was president? Well yeah, cops are supposed to be neutral. Obviously these guys didn’t get the memo. I hadn’t ever got registered to vote. Then after you people let this clown take over the White House I went and registered to vote after sixty some years on this planet.
Hate to break it to you…but if you never voted before Trump got elected, you helped elect him, not those who voted for Hillary and then Joe. Glad you’ve joined the fight.
Illustrating the point of this article, the president of the New York City PBA announced his union’s endorsement of Trump for President in 2020. It’s difficult to imagine any union head endorsing a Republican, much less a wannabe fascist.
