File this under desperation. Mike Pence was at Joni Ernst’s Roast and Ride on Saturday, where he rode on a Harley and wore a leather vest. He’s been raked over the coals on social media with taunts such as Born To Be Mild and Heck’s Angel. That is not only not deterring him, now the Holy Ghost Rider has decided to take that image and memorialize it in a 2024 campaign ad. Seeing is believing.

Pence is supposed to be announcing his candidacy next week. This is the “runup.” What he’s got planned for the actual announcement, I don’t even want to speculate. Angels and trumpets, maybe?

I wonder who the target audience is for the Pence candidacy??? Nobody likes this guy, no one can stomach his smarmy, self-righteous, preachy front. He’s an empty suit with an annoying schtick. Except for the fly, no one wants anywhere near the guy, except for the ones who wanted to hang him. Not sure that’s gonna make for a successful campaign. And thank you for Steve n Seagulls.
