This is the most hilarious piece of fake news I think I’ve ever seen. This deserves an award of some sort. Simply Fit ME is a diet and exercise website, you know, the ones that promise miracles, 50 pounds off in a month. They ran this rather lengthy piece on Sarah Huckabee Sanders, which features the before and after photos you see above.
On January 10, 2023 Sarah Huckabee Sanders is the 47th governor of Arkansas. Given her past fascination with her appearance and appearance, her returning to the limelight could reveal her weight loss to the forefront. Sanders Her first involvement with politics was when she helped her late father Mike Huckabee, during his unsuccessful bid in 1992 to be the US Senate. In September of last year, Sanders underwent surgery for thyroid cancer. The news came out following a biopsy that earlier in the month confirmed that she had cancer.
“Today, I underwent a successful surgery to remove my thyroid and surrounding lymph nodes,” she wrote, as reported by NPR.
The actress expressed gratitude to God for the operation’s success as well as for having been declared “cancer-free,” in a declaration of campaign. She also expressed gratitude to the doctors as well as nurses who conducted the surgery and took care of her. Her family and her family members thanks for the “love, prayers and support.”
The “actress?” Not sure what that’s about. My best guess is that the people who “write” these pieces have a boilerplate and they just plug in names, professions, whatever. It’s certainly clear and obvious that whomever “wrote” this piece hasn’t the foggiest clue about who either Sarah Huckabee Sanders or Hope Hicks is. Sweet Jesus, the idea that Hucky Boo Boo is merely Hope Hicks plus 60 pounds puts me into hysterics. I wonder if Hicks has seen this piece?
NPR did in fact publish a piece on September 16, 2022 about Sanders’ surgery, but that’s not what her weight loss is about. Her dramatic weight loss has taken place the past two, three months, so it’s assumed she’s taking Ozempic. Not that anybody is losing sleep over this, it’s just intriguing that Ozempic comes on the market and suddenly Mike Pompeo, Sarah Huckabee Sanders and Ron DeSantis get conscientious about calorie intake. Could be a coincidence, what do I know?
But this website got wind of Sanders’ weight loss and wanted to report that she turned into Hope Hicks. I’ve lost 23 pounds since May, personally, and not using Ozempic. I think I’m going to post a before and after picture of myself on the left and Lauren Bacall on the right. 
(gets off floor, wipes eyes) Now where were we? Oh, yes, the remarkable transformation of Hucky to Hope. The last time I saw a transformation like that, Jeff Goldblum turned into a fly.

There is clearly no “mind” behind this or a picture of Hope Hicks wouldn’t have been the “after” version of Sanders post thyroid tumor removal. As stated, this is the funniest piece of fake news I’ve ever read on a lot of levels.
