Tonight was a bad set back for the GOP. And they’re pretty much out of runway. They can’t have too many more bad setbacks. Yet all of their setbacks for the past three election cycles, not to mention this current one, has the same common denominator. Yes, that’s right. His initials are DJT. And this performance is getting mixed reviews. I think the kindest thing that was said is that there was an “odd choice of staging.” I believe that CNN said that, that this was oddly staged.

Jacked Up Joe! I love it! First they were claiming that Joe was “sleepy” and “slow” and out of it and then they got Dark Brandon at the podium, the old fire in the belly Biden that those of us who have followed the man’s career know him for. And that they translate into Jacked Up Joe.
No, the GOP is jacked up. Not to mention SOL. Biden was mesmerizing tonight. He held the room. The energy was electric. The GOP is on its last legs. And that’s a relief. You can’t have a breakthrough without first having a breakdown. The GOP is well on its way towards losing bigly in the fall.
Anybody remember that 50’s movie, Damn Yankees? A great ballplayer appeared out of a puff of smoke and led the Yankees on to victory? They call him Shoeless Joe. Let’s make a meme out of this, Jacked Up Joe. In the movie, Shoeless Joe appeared in a puff of smoke because the Devil sent him. Maybe the Devil sent Joe Biden to teach the Republicans a lesson. Who knows?
If you missed the movie, Joe Hardy was an older guy who once wanted to be a baseball player and he said he would sell his soul to the Devil for just one incredible long hitter, so his team, the Washington Senators could beat the New York Yankees. So the Devil showed up and made Joe a young man and I don’t want to spoil the rest of the plot.
Let’s go with the conspiracy theory. Jacked Up Joe is under the influence of drugs, Satan, whatever. Whatever they need to believe is kicking Trump’s ass is unimportant, the fact that Trump’s ass is being kicked is all that matters.
And Fox News is double dipped desperate if pap like this is the best they can come up with. But as always, expect it to get much worse. The moral limbo bar can always go lower with this people, remember that.

I found Katie Britt just creepy. She was like the voice over on the TV ads PLEADING with you to donate to ‘the poor, abused, suffering animals’, but lacking the good cause. A few times it sounded like she was about to cry, but then she’d launch into the repug lies and hate speech. UGH! I hate having to listen to those people. Nothing worthwhile comes out of their mouths, just more hate, more right-wing conspiracy, more ‘poor me’ BS, nothing new, nothing useful. A wasted 10 minutes of my life I can’t get back.
I think there might be a reason she spoke from a kitchen. Where she’s been told, it’s party policy she belongs.
