Yes, we know that racist Trump will simply love the display made by people carryiing Confederate flags today. That’s a no brainer. But will he publicly praise it during his 4th of July remarks? That’s a pot of a different color. Let’s see how he deals with this publicly, if he deals with it at all.

Nothing like the KKK marching with Confederate flags on America’s birthday. It does display one truth and that is that the Civil War isn’t truly over. It’s not a question of conflict between the North and the South, it’s far more ideological than geographical at this point.
The KKK marching is a hate symbol. It is an anti-Black, anti-POC demonstration. It goes against all the values in our Constitution and in the theory of the melting pot.
So what will 47 do with this display today?
