What is it with Republican men and Bizarro World footwear and foot accoutrements? First we had Ron DeSantis, wearing lifts in his boots and telling a reporter that he was 5’11” in his bare feet. (Yes, he actually thought that somebody would believe that.) Then we are told that Donald Trump is 6’3″. And it’s not just Republican men. Melania claims to be 5’11”. She is that in her stilettos, yes. There is no way she is that in bare feet. Or, if she is, why isn’t she taller than her husband? 5’11” plus five inches is 6’4″. But that’s the least of the lies. These are Hollywood level lies, done by people who feel that they need to sell an image. But what in the name of God is this?

Is this photo shopped? I honestly do not know. We live in a world where you simply can’t tell what’s real or what’s fake and in politics a lot of fakery is going on.

Maybe he does use the bean bags for that purpose? Remember, this is a guy who drags his right leg and was seen staggering around a hotel lobby during the Iowa primary. His hype is that he’s an athlete and feels as good as he did, “25 years ago, 50 years ago,” but his appearance doesn’t seem to bear that out.
Plus, you recall how he was filming in the dark yesterday. There is something emphatically wrong with the fact that he can’t get a lighting technician to light him properly. Lighting equipment and bulbs are not expensive nor hard to come by, especially in the show biz world of Mar-a-Lago.
Put all these elements together and tell me how they add up to be good news:
- Trump shoots videos in the dark;
- When Trump is in the light he’s slathered in orange makeup;
- His poor, tortured hair can’t look remotely humanoid, no matter what he does to it;
- Now this issue with wobbling and sand bags.
Does this add up to a picture of health and vitality to you?
And in all fairness, nobody who lives with the stress that Trump does is going to fare all that well. Add the morbid obesity, the bad diet and lack of exercise. Oh yes, he’s out on the golf course all the time — driving on it, when he’s not actually doing a shot. That is not how to get the maximum out of a game of golf.
Again, and not to be morbid, it has been said that maybe Mother Nature will decide this election. Anything goes.
Mother Nature is NOT responsible for Traitor Tot’s bad diet, lack of exercise, morbid obesity, and (rumored) drug use! I will not shed any tears if he keels over!
I wouldn’t be the least bit surprised if Trump has diabetes, and of course doesn’t properly manage it and as a result has neuropathy that’s growing progressively worse. My own diabetes was well managed except for a period of months when I transferred to NC (long, long story) and alas I did myself a lot of physical damage and now need a cane or even a walker sometimes. I know all about balance issues. And believe me I take steps to manage my diabetes to slow down the progression of the peripheral neuropathy. Trump’s isn’t as bad as mine but again, I know from bitter experience how even a few months of completely blowing off proper management, combined with high level stress and lack of rest can snowball into something frighteningly serious.
And leave lasting damage. For Trump, like any of us it’s only going to get worse and given what’s already on his plate (so to speak) and how much more is going to be piled on don’t be surprised if a trip to the hospital isn’t in the cards and he won’t have any choice but to at least use a cane to keep from constantly falling when he walks even on flat surfaces. I’d love to hear his niece Mary’s thoughts on what THAT would do to his ego.
You may be right. I have neuropathy,too. I can’t imagine walking around with lifts like his in my heels, trying to stay upright.
Just a short correction…On the golf course it’s ‘Hitting’ a shot, not ‘Doing’ a shot.

I’d guess the bean bags were used to correct his posture, that leaning forward thing he does. They allow him to look like he’s standing more upright. The guy is falling apart in front of us but is being kept on track by those who need/want him in power. He could die and they would figure out a way to wire him up and keep him moving.

I believe they might be trying to keep his body from pitching forward when he stands still. His tendency to do that is most likely because of “postural instability” and is a symptom of frontal lobe dementia
