Lauren Boebert has a positive genius for lowering the value of anything she is even remotely associated with. The minute she was elected to Congress it was a “there goes the neighborhood” moment. Just like “everything Trump touches dies” everything Boebert comes into contact with is automatically sullied and demeaned. She may be an elected member of Congress, but her job description is right-wing troll and she competes against Marjorie Taylor Greene on a regular basis to see which one of them can be the leader of the laundromat — as Matt Gaetz and Madison Cawthorn compete for leader of the pack. Or leader of the sexual assaulters, in any event.

That is the level Boebert’s at. It’s a simple rule of physics that inherent capacity cannot be exceeded. You can’t make an eight ounce glass hold sixteen ounces of water and you can’t make a rock bottom intellect like Boebert capable of intelligent reasoning. It will not happen. She is out of her league entirely when it comes to facts or analysis, she can only rant and rave.

Censurable conduct taking place at a censure hearing. And nobody is batting an eye, either, because this is the new subnormal of politics.

Oh well, Lauren, you got your sound bite on OAN and Newsmax, and probably Steve Bannon will have you on the War Room. If he won’t, it’s a cinch Stew Peters will book you on his show.

When the MAGAs smashed their way into the Capitol they literally smeared human feces on the marble floors. Lauren Boebert does the verbal equivalent every time she opens her mouth. She has zero respect for the chamber in which she serves and ironically? She has zero self respect, but she doesn’t even know it. She thinks she’s being cool in that retro MAGA way, but I predict history will not depict her kindly. She’s a fool and she will be remembered as such.

  1. I don’t see anything wrong with being polite while condemning someone – particularly if the condemnation is to something enforceable. I believe right up to the end of capital punishment in the UK, judges ended the pronouncement of the death sentence with “and may God have mercy on your soul.”
