Unless memory fails me, even Dubya used to read books and comment on them, and he indisputably had the worst rep for being non-intellectual since Harry Truman — until Donald Trump came along and made everybody look like a particle physicist. A few years ago, I saw something where some people in Canada analyzed a tape on him in church. I think it was George H W Bush’s funeral. He held up the bulletin and pretended to read and sing along. After awhile, he just gave up. They conclude that he can’t read. I suspect either he can’t read or it’s comprehension is the problem. It really does explain a lot with him. The worst part is that he thinks he can lie and fool us.
He probably can’t read much beyond first-grade level. Certainly he doesn’t have even an eighth-grade reading and comprehension level.
As I keep telling people, he who shall not be named never got beyond the “Terrible Twos” stage. That means that he can’t read, can only throw tantrumps, and fill his diapers!
Well, he seems to be able to read the teleprompters when giving speechs. I’ve wondered about his vision at times. He’s too vain to wear glasses, maybe contacts? He’s of an age to have some kind of vision issues. His depth perception being off might explain his problem with the ramp. Who knows with this clown.
