They didn’t teach him about finance at Wharton, either. Are there any other Wharton grads who have declared bankruptcy five times, I wonder? One of Trump’s teachers there, called him either the “dumbest student I ever had,” or the “goddamnest stupidest student.” Fact checkers differ but the bottom line is that the man was not thought to be smart. And obviously some 50 years later, it turns out the prof was right.
