Trumpty Dumpty is not doing well. He’s having another bad day in court — well, technically Junior is. Junior was called back to testify and that’s not going well at all. Junior just got busted for misleading information on display in the courtroom, referring to 40 Wall Street as a “72 story” building. It’s 63 stories, according to a bond prospectus filed with the SEC and an NYC tax document. More detail here, writes a journalist.
On a lesser note, he added, “The same slide says 40 Wall Street is “directly across from the New York Stock Exchange.” It’s very close to the NYSE, but it’s not “directly across” from it. The Trump Organization is bringing its sales pitch to the courtroom — and still not letting facts get in the way.”
This is not a good way to start out Monday morning. Now another ripple in the Trump pond, one which is going totally unnoticed by Trump, Sr., evidently, is the death of his sister, Maryanne. He doesn’t mention a word about her but he does complain righteously about how he’s being persecuted.
Now does this mean he’s going to send them to a mental institution or they’re going to go completely insane when and if he’s elected — and we understand that concept all too well. And of course it doesn’t end there, it’s Broken Record Time, once more.
As Trump biographers have said, Trump uses social media to process his feelings. That explains the repetitiveness of his complaints. He simply can’t work through a situation once and resolve it. He has to go over it and over it and over it again and again and again. What a shame we don’t all have $100 for every time Trump has claimed that Mar-a-Lago is worth in excess of $18 million. We could charter a jet and go rent an island and party hearty for an entire month.
To add a little flavor to today’s courtroom drama, Junior is perhaps loaded. I speculate that may be the case because Judge Engoron has already asked him to “stop speed talking.” And what makes people talk fast fast fast? Umm….being a “naturally animated guy?” Yes, that’s it. Could be other things, we suppose, but probably it’s just a natural propensity for animation that makes Junior run.
An affirmation of everything his late sister said about him, which, in a perverse and unintended way, is probably the most fitting tribute he could have given her.
Granted I got forced into early retirement some years ago and no longer up-to-date but I’ll bet all I have (admittedly not a lot) that the DSM-5 (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, DSM5 came out last year I believe) doesn’t have a listing for “Trump Derangement Syndrome/Disorder.” Nor will the DSM-6 when the time comes for an updated DSM. Seeing Trump with clear and common sense eyes shows someone who is unfit in every way to hold any public office, much less that of President. In other words thinking TRUMP is batshit crazy and shouldn’t be anywhere near the WH much less again occupying the Oval Office means a person is NORMAL. MAGA cultists on the other hand might wind up having a category in a future DSM!

I am so sorry that Trump made this suggestion before an astute judge even considered sending the DUMPF to an asylum. But it sure does make sense that Trump is once more projecting on others what should be done with himself.
tRump projects ALL.THE.TIME!!!!! And I’m also sure he doesn’t have a clue what the DSM (any version) is. Narcissists do NOT do well when many questions are asked. They shut down. My sincere hope is that tRump will either get really really sick and die, or that he’ll lose the 2024 election to Joseph Robinette Biden, or he will get convicted of every single crime he’s accused of and he’ll go to prison for a very long time. He’s not exactly on a path that at least one of those things won’t happen.
