As you may have heard, Donald Trump attempted to kill this story in the Wall Street Journal and was unsuccessful. Trump got wind of the expose about himself and Jeffrey Epstein and got on the phone with Emma Tucker, the Editor in Chief. I wonder if Trump even bothered to call Rupert Murdoch, who owns the Journal? That would be a piece of reporting. Kudos to the journalist who can nail down the answer to that conclusively. In all events, Trump was not successful and here’s the bombshell that got dropped Thursday afternoon.
It was Jeffrey Epstein’s 50th birthday, and Ghislaine Maxwell was preparing a special gift to mark the occasion. She turned to Epstein’s family and friends. One of them was Donald Trump.
Maxwell collected letters from Trump and dozens of Epstein’s other associates for a 2003 birthday album, according to documents reviewed by The Wall Street Journal. […]
The letter bearing Trump’s name, which was reviewed by the Journal, is bawdy—like others in the album. It contains several lines of typewritten text framed by the outline of a naked woman, which appears to be hand-drawn with a heavy marker. A pair of small arcs denotes the woman’s breasts, and the future president’s signature is a squiggly “Donald” below her waist, mimicking pubic hair.
The letter concludes: “Happy Birthday — and may every day be another wonderful secret.”
In an interview with the Journal on Tuesday evening, Trump denied writing the letter or drawing the picture. “This is not me. This is a fake thing. It’s a fake Wall Street Journal story,” he said.
“I never wrote a picture in my life. I don’t draw pictures of women,” he said. “It’s not my language. It’s not my words.”
He told the Journal he was preparing to file a lawsuit if it published an article. “I’m gonna sue The Wall Street Journal just like I sued everyone else,” he said.
That’s your president, folks. I guess he’ll be suing Rupert Murdoch, who else? Only I doubt that Murdoch is going to give him $16 million like other people. I think Murdoch will tell him to pound sand. And it will be interesting to finally see Trump go through with a defamation suit. The truth is an absolute defense to any charge of defamation. That is revealed in Torts, a first year law school class. There is no case here if the Wall Street Journal has done its job properly, which I’m sure it has. It’s not defamation if it’s true. I remember a lawyer telling an angry client, who wanted to sue somebody who called him “a fag” that he didn’t have grounds to sue because it was true.
So the only way Murdoch would fold to Trump is for the same reasons ABC and CBS did, they just don’t want to publicly battle the man. But, what if Murdoch is aiming for such a thing? After all, we’ve been saying for years now, Murdoch is going to be around (maybe not Rupert personally, but his sons, the brand, Fox News) long long after Trump is out of the picture.
If there was a time for Fox News to do a 180 and go pro-MAGA, anti-Trump, this might be it.

Friends, we really could use a donation or two. I would not be nagging if it wasn’t imperative. Q3 ad revenue rates are lower than in previous years and economic instability has everybody running scared. And we may be heading for a recession. If you are able to donate, please do so. All we want to do is stay in business. Thank you. Ursula

DON THE CON TRUMP & Jeffrey Epstein knew they had a lot in common which fueled their friendship. Let’s review some of those:
They were both SEXUAL PREDATORS.
They are both adjudicated RAPISTS.
They both loved “YOUNG” WOMEN, ie teenagers.
They both endeavored to take advantage of those “young women” sexually.
The young women’s unwilllingness to participate in those sexual relationships was
neither DON THE CON’s or Epstein’s concern.
Neither DON THE CON nor Epstein had a problem with forcing themselves on those “young teenage women” without their consent, IE RAPE!
