If you had told me that the best Donald Trump impersonation would be done by a beautiful young Black woman I would have said, “Whut?” It’s not something that can be explained, it must be seen to be understood. Trump was in Bedminster, New Jersey today making a speech about his opponent Kamala Harris. He said, among other things, “I think I’m entitled to personal attacks. I don’t have a lot of respect for her. I don’t have a lot of respect for her intelligence. And I think she’ll be a terrible president.” In all truth, and I don’t pretend to know Kamala Harris’s IQ, but she’s got 45 to 60 IQ points on him if she’s got one. I would rate Trump as a dull normal about 85, and I would rate Harris in the 140 to 150 range. Take a look at Sarah Cooper’s rendition of Trump and then hear what else came out of his mouth on Thursday.

I heartily concur. The only way to stomach Trump’s idiocy is to have Cooper acting it out. Talk about a spoonful of sugar helping the toxin go down. OMG. Cooper’s visuals illustrate perfectly the juvenile idiocy of Trump. It’s amazing to me how she does it.
Trump, for example, sought to question Harris’ racial identity during his panel interview at the National Association of Black Journalists late last month.
Trump gave Thursday’s press conference outside and spoke while standing in between two tables of groceries and what appeared to be a large, blue doll house.
He used the props to make a case that prices are too high for American families, laying the blame for inflation at the feet of the Biden-Harris administration and insisting he’s the only person able to get prices back down.
Now I know what the doll house, coffee and cereal boxes were about. I’m so relieved. It’s wonderful how stupid Trump thinks the American electorate is. And well he should. After all, it voted him into office in 2016. But like the song says, “We won’t get fooled again.” The Democrats are punching back, giving Trump as good as he dishes out. It’s a shame that American politics have degenerated to this level.
The Harris-Walz campaign released a mock advisory for the press conference before it began Thursday, writing in an email that Trump was preparing to “hold another public meltdown in Bedminster, New Jersey.”
“Not so fresh off NABJ, Florida, and Twitter glitches, Donald Trump intends to deliver another self-obsessed rant full of his own personal grievances to distract from his toxic Project 2025 agenda, unpopular running mate, and increasing detachment from the reality of the voters who will decide this election,” the campaign wrote. “These remarks will not be artificial intelligence, but they certainly will lack intelligence.”
Spokesperson James Singer released a written statement afterward that Trump “huffed and puffed his opposition to lowering food costs for middle and working class Americans and prescription drug costs for seniors before pivoting back to his usual lies and delusions.”
Unfortunately we live in a world where that paragraph is accurate. Never thought I’d live to see the day, but we’ve been living this way for nine years now. And I sincerely believe and will go to my grave believing two things:
- Trump never would have gotten elected in 2016 if the press had not normalized him and insisted on both siderism; and
- If Hillary’s campaign had written releases like this, I believe the result would have been different. She took the high road and in so doing, he ran all over her.
Not to cry over spilt milk. My point is that the Harris/Walz campaign is not pulling any punches. They’re fighting fire with fire. Excellent.

The way he’s fooled people is that stupid people now think they understand politics. There was a terrific video I found on Twitter, to that effect, and the account has since been closed. It was some guy on TicToc, a veteran. If I could find him again I would repost the piece because it was the best explanation of MAGA I’ve ever heard. That was the gist of it, that Trump’s simplistic idiocy is taken as gospel by simple-minded people. And they never ask themselves, “If it’s so simple, why didn’t somebody else do it?” It’s not simple. But Trump makes it sound that way, so they think things are other than they really are. Trump’s a conman, plain and simple.
I’ve been watching Sarah Cooper for several years now. You should check out her TikTok account.. she’s got so many of these and they started shortly after Trump got to the oval office in 2016.
I started watching her work when COVID happened. And she was hilarious when the documents bust happened. She’s got Trump’s insanity nailed.

Yes Ursula I believe you are correct about Hillary, along with the FACT Trump broke the law to cover up his abysmal character. That being said…it’s a shame blood has had to be spilled to establish this government, to keep the union, and to stop fascism. It’s about goddamn time the Democrats have decided to FIGHT BACK. We didn’t get here historically by playing nice and trying to not offend our fragile citizens warped sense of political correctness. You don’t bring a pamphlet of rational arguments to a fight to the DEATH WITH NAZIS. When 156,000 of our boys, and they were boys, hit the beaches at Normandy, we sent them with guns into the face of machine-gun fire. Many remain there. The lawmakers live lives of financial privilege and comfort. As someone quipped: calm waters do not produce skillful sailors. Hopefully this ends well without a shot being fired. That being said, if Trump and his fascists buddies steal this election, ALL of us will only have two choices: go along and hope you won’t get arrested, or remember what all those reluctant boys had to deal with, and fight for the future of our children and future generations!!! I decided long ago, that despite my pacifist leanings, I’m not going to a concentration camp or remain passively quiet. I was faced with guns and knives as a child, and learned early that the oldest decision, when faced with real violence, is to decide are you a victim, or are you going to resist and accept you may have to do things to defend yourself you wish you didn’t. Maybe we’ll dodge these realities. What’s the other saying Winston says in John Wick…if you want peace, prepare for war. Maybe we’ve learned our lesson. We’ll know in a few months, although if Kamala wins, I expect armed rebellion because a malignant narcissist will try to destroy everything if he faces real danger of prison. He won’t go quietly.
I agree with you. Hillary was brilliant, certainly, but she didn’t connect. She wasn’t a “natural” campaigner. And Rick Wilson says that Bill Clinton said Hillary wasn’t good at campaigning. I remember watching her ignore Trump’s bad manners and it had the effect of her making an admission to his bullshit lies. Silence is often deemed acceptance. That’s sad but it’s true.
And one time she calmly explained the emails. IMO that wasn’t the way to handle it. She should have aggressively said, “You keep going on about the emails. Nothing happened. Here’s what occurred. It’s a non-issue, don’t bring it up again.” If she showed annoyance and took him on, she would have been ahead of the game. Again, my opinion.
The good news is Kamala and Tim WILL shove it back in Trump’s face. That’s what we’re seeing. Hallelujah.
Biden did make at least one good crack at TFG’s expense, when he said “you have the morals of an alley cat!” We just need a lot more of that.
We need the likes of Michael Dyson who was on a panel with Nancy Mace, who deliberately kept mispronouncing Kamala’s name, said she could call her anything she wanted, and said she wasn’t a woman. Instead of quiet politeness, he and the other panel members jumped into her shit. She also pretended she didn’t know Trump questioned Kamala’s race, and refused to say it was out of bounds. Time to take the phucking gloves off!!! Hillary made that error…let’s don’t do it again.
