I love the spooky aspect to this piece, alluding to Trump in the White House as Halloween-ish. Would that his presence there were so benign. Trump is a trickster and it’s about a lot more than candy, unfortunately.
If the words “hoax” or “fake news” were eliminated from Trump’s vocabulary, he would be almost speechless. Bear in mind, his vocabulary is only 200 words, so he can’t afford to lose three.

That reminds me of the professor I had who was in the San Diego naval hospital for months (broken neck). He said that some of the people, if you took the four-letter words away, couldn’t say anything.
That is true. I worked for a guy once who couldn’t construct a sentence without using the eff word.
