I don’t even want to know what two Corinthians walking into a bar say to the bartender about Donald Trump. The fact is he’s a blaspheming POS and that anybody who claims to be a man or woman of God can defend him, let alone follow him, speaks to a certain kind of psychosis, and/or pure grifting instinct. Frankly, I suspect the latter.

The display you see above is a composite created by Insider, with respect to a meme, which you’ll see below, about how Trump is second only to Jesus Christ. He was so completely taken with it, that he decided to repost it to all 4.1 million of his followers.

Get the reposts in now, Donald. Or pay the hosting provider and your other creditors, because the site is not long for this world. I’m sure nobody is more relieved than Jesus. Here’s what the original meme looked like.

This painting of Jesus is by an artist named Dan Wilson. The photo of the painting of Jesus is from Getty Images, the composite was done by Insider. Here’s what they had to say about it:

It isn’t the first time that the former president’s supporters have compared him to Jesus.

In 2019, Georgia Rep. Barry Loudermilk claimed Jesus was treated more fairly before his crucifixion than Trump was treated throughout his first impeachment.

“When Jesus was falsely accused of treason, Pontius Pilate gave Jesus the opportunity to face his accusers,” said Loudermilk during a debate on the House floor, per TIME magazine. “During that sham trial, Pontius Pilate afforded more rights to Jesus than the Democrats have afforded this President in this process.”

In the same year, The Washington Post reported that white, conservative evangelicals who approved of Trump’s performance as president promoted the idea that he was heaven-sent.

Trump has made these grand proclamations himself. In August 2019, Trump told reporters in reference to trade with China: “I am the chosen one.” He also shared tweets describing him as the “King of Israel” and “the second coming of God.”

And in October 2020, per the Independent, he claimed to have had a conversation where somebody told him he was the most famous person in the world. Trump told his supporters in North Carolina that Jesus Christ was actually more famous than him.

Friday was quite the day on Truth Social. The “greatest president ever” memes were flying and Trump was reposting them all. Come to find out they were all from QAnon accounts and so in doing so, he was amplifying QAnon’s voice.

I saw all of that on Friday myself, with my own eyes. I wish I had screenshotted it, because it vanished a few hours later. Apparently somebody told Trump that that was what he was doing, amplifying QAnon and he decided not to go in that direction.

But he was just fine with leaving the comparison to Christ up. No problem with that.

Jesus said, towards the end of his earthy sojourn, “Wicked and perverse generation, how long shall I be with thee?” I don’t even want to think what he might say if he was around today. Any of the cheats, grifters and liars he dealt with in that day were amateurs compared to Trump and his gang.

Help keep the site running, consider supporting.

  1. According to Liz Cheney, some elected Republicans (who, I assume, are less than enchanted with him but go along to get along) refer to him as “Orange Jesus.” My assumption is based on the fact that that miinker appears to me to be direct mockery. I suppose I could be wrong.

  2. Fascists believe whatever they want, say whichever lie works, and do whatever evil meets their agenda. The truth is not in them. There you go…something Jesus reportedly covered in John 8: 42-47. You know…the gospel John. Where Jesus calls you ‘the children of the devil’. Glad I could clear that up for you child killers.

  3. The GOP has become the “Stepford” party. I personally think that the Ex’s brain is so fascinating since he could do such miraculous feats with it, that perhaps the FBI should personally requisition it for observation, or perhaps the Smithsonian.
