As stated endlessly before, if it is news to Mike Pence that Donald Trump is a psycho, then he simply wasn’t paying attention. Now here’s a new one: Sam Nunberg, a former Trump campaign adviser, says that Trump and Pence had a seven hour lunch — you read it right — before the riot and it apparently did not go well.

They had a seven-hour meeting. It was supposed to be a lunch. It was a meeting. And he said terrible things to Mike Pence and I think even he would regret saying, things along the line of, I made you, you would have lost without me. How dare you do this to me? You’re completely misinformed. And he called him an expletive I don’t want to say, but it starts with a P.

All right friends, time for a poll. Did Donald Trump call his vice president a:

My vote is 2 because Trump is that crude and he was angry. Although, it could have been 1, because that would be him being a macho macho man and making Pence out to be a coward.

  2. My question: why was it Manafort that put forth Pence? Why isn’t Pence calling for the 25th Amendment immediately? Why is he tolerating that 45’s stochastic verbiage put him and his family in harm’s way? Are there Russian connections with Pence too?

      • Actually it was Rebekah Mercer. She (and her dad) threw support to Trump when Cruz became toast and got Bannon and Conway (who’d worked for Cruz) installed in Trump World. With Jared fighting to keep Trump from naming his preferred (at least way back then) choice Chris Christie there was an opening for someone else, who would have he added benefit of appeal the Mercer’s fellow religious wingnuts. Frankly, I think there’s ample evidence she figured Trump would implode within months – she surely knew Manafort was bad news and that Trump would be vulnerable. Then she could have her fellow Dominionist Pence as President. Word was she grew increasingly pissed at how little influence she had after all the money she’d put up and having Pence whispering in Trump’s ear. Being a New Yorker she should have known better – that Trump listens only to himself telling himself what’s best for him!

    • The 25th should be used in cases of physicals incapacity. What we have here is a case of moral and ethical incapacity. Impeachment is the proper course. I am sympathetic to the feeling behind the idea of invoking the 25th, but it is the wrong tool unless you want to argue that Trump’s incapacity is due to mental illness. I don’t think I would want to open the possibility of an insanity plea.

    • I recall something about it was going to be Chris Christie or someone like that, and they were on the back from ??? and had to stop the plane somewhere in Indiana and when they took off again, Pence was the man.

        • It just dawned on me that people who down-graded B. Murphy-Bridge’s comment (and now mine) assumed he was criticizing Ursula for mentioning the word Pussy. I didn’t take it that way. I assumed he was thinking it likely that Trump used it (as many others do) to indicate that acting like a woman is cowardly. I may be on the wrong track, but this just shows how even people of the same mind can have some communication problems. How the Hell are we supposed to relate to people who are of a totally different mind?

    I hope Trump resigns expecting Pence to pardon him and he just gets “ghosted.” Oh, that would be sweet. I mean imagine, Trump pardons everyone and he will be the lone man, justly, to take all the heat.

    • The election wasnt rigged. The Judges (at least a few that were Trump appointed) wouldnt have thrown out legitimate challenges to the election. The lawsuits were all thrown out because there was no evidence provided. No evidence means no provable fraud. No provable fraud means… Joe Biden is now your president.
