OK, now it finally makes sense, at least to me. I have written previously, and even been up on my high horse over the poisoning of the legitimate polls by the sudden invasion of far right leaning polls that skew the reliability of aggregate poll averages. I’ve gone so far as to warn against even bothering to look at them.
For example, in the last 12 months, 16 new right and far right polling groups have organized in Pennsylvania alone. But for all I knew about it, what I could never understand was why? What was the purpose. The only reason I could think of was that it was a cheap, easy way to make Traitor Tot look closer in the polls than he really was, keeping him more tractable and less likely to paint the Mar-A-Slobo walls with Ragu. But again, Why? The votes are going to be counted on election day, and the deception exposed. There was no sense to it in my mind.
Actually, the real reason is far more insidious, and purely Trumpian. Actually there are two reasons, both of which could come into play in the final stages of a close race. First, a sudden Trump surge in the final weeks could lend an air of inevitability of his 2016 comeback, making some weaker Harris voters just decide to stay home in disappointment.
But the ultimate objective is far more devious, and downright filthy. I’ve written before that the Trump campaign has stopped even trying to win the national vote, even Trump can’t con himself into that one. Now they’re targeting critical deep red districts and counties in battleground states, trying to scrape every Trombie in there off the couch and to the polls to squeak through the Electoral College again. But that’s a risky gambit, especially with His Lowness seeping critical last minute support to Harris.
His backup, for which he’s been preparing for almost a year now is to once again contest his losing tally as a fraudulent election! And the way he’s setting it up, he can even get blown out on election day, and still be able to scream bloody murder about election fraud.
Here’s why. Let’s just say that for the last 6-8 weeks Harris has had a stable national lead of between 4-6 points, and is leading just at or over the margin of error in enough swing states to win. And on election day Harris wins by 4.5 points and wins 305 electoral votes. Kind of hard to claim voter fraud when election day does little but confirm what the polls had been saying all along. Even his supporters would twig to that.
But now let’s say that the polls, both nationally as well as in the battleground states are all 1-2 points, within the margin of error. A close loss in the battleground states lets Traitor Tot once again scream voter fraud!, and try to have his GOP cohorts once again f*ck with the vote certification and throw the process into chaos.
But now let’s say that El Pendejo ex Presidente gets clobbered in several battleground states like Pennsylvania, and even North Carolina? Even better! In that case, then it must be massive voter fraud since how can Traitor Tot lose by 5 points when every poll for the last three months has had the race in a 1-2 point deadlock? Fire up the lawsuits, and the GOP led election board investigative delay tactics, trying to blow the mandatory vote certification dates.
Now it all makes sense. This kind of political savvy is far too intricate for a political imbecile like Il Douche to figure out, but somebody figured out a way to use purposely palsied aggregate polling numbers make it possible to contest the results, no matter how one-sided the results are. Fortunately the most critical states, like PA, NC, MI, WI, and AZ all have Democrats in the top offices, and several SoS offices as well. It won’t be so easy this time, especially since so many of these MAGAt’s ended up indicted and pleading guilty for the same damn thing. But then again, nobody ever claimed these morons were capable of learning. Don’t touch that dial.

I quit watching or listening to them, I’ve talked to a LOT of younger people and they are ALL for Harris/Walz!
