I’ve heard of some strange theories of law before, but what does Stephen Miller want to do? Get a court to order declaratory relief and restore the go go boots to the green M&Ms? What kind of a country have we become that we’re even having conversations about something this idiotic? Rolling Stone is reporting that Miller is suing the makers of M&M candies, alleging that “Mars’ efforts to increase diversity and representation of minorities within its workforce constitutes discrimination and a violation of the 1964 Civil Rights Act.” Miller is getting desperate to get headlines, but this is comical enough, this will get some attention, definitely, until a judge decides that wasting the time of the court is sanctionable and then look out.
The move comes just days after Fox News fired its former prime-time host and sexy-M&M devotee Tucker Carlson. Carlson famously feuded with Mars after it swapped out the green M&M’s go-go boots for professional attire it called “current” and “representative of our consumer.” In a televised rant, the former Fox host moaned that the green candy is “no longer wearing sexy boots, now she’s wearing sensible sneakers,” and lamented that “when you’re totally turned off, we’ve achieved equity, they’ve won.” […]
In a statement from Mars, the company wrote that it “is an equal opportunity employer — we do not engage in discriminatory employment practices. Inclusion and diversity have long been priorities for us, and we use lawful means to pursue our inclusion and diversity objectives.” […]
And the Mars complaint is only the latest legal crusade against diversity in the corporate world by America First Legal, which describes itself as “determined to stop the destructive hiring practices of woke companies across the country.”
“Destructive hiring practices” means POCs and women. And actually, it runs much deeper than that. The real purpose of this is to get to the “you will not replace us” or “Jew will not replace us” sentiment expressed in Charlottesville, the night the tiki torches came out and the mob got ugly.
It’s all about fear. Replacement theory is a conspiracy theory that says that there’s a vast international conspiracy to replace white people. So shake in your shoes, sleep with the lights on and most importantly, send money to Stephen Miller so he can do a Better Call Saul number with it.

There were jews who worked with the nazis as corroborators inside and outside the concentration camps. The ones working for the garbage outside the concentration camps can be correctly labeled “nazi” about as much as anyone else working for that garbage. Not everyone was an employee of the gestapo, etc. I refer to ALL germans of that time period, if they did not participate in resistance efforts, as nazis.
miller has called himself an american before anything else. The jews in Germany before they started getting rounded up called themselves germans and would say “we’re germans, not jews”. Our Rabbis say that was the reason the creator of the universe turned his back on European Jews-they assimilated and declared they were no longer Jewish so why would G_d protect them. I can’t figure the legal issue known as “standing” for Miller to get this lawsuit considered. How is he personally harmed by the swap of Ms. Green M&M from go-go boots to sneakers? Love to see Mars counter-sue for harm and love to have a law passed that anyone who sues and wastes the court’s time claiming violations of law that don’t exist pay the court double damages their costs of lost time and resources and pay the defendant back triple their costs.
