Everybody in Trump world must be going broke this weekend, or completely mad, or both. You saw earlier how Sidney Powell is desperately raising cash so that she can finance her latest conspiracy theory about how Capitol Police set up MAGAs to look bad by forcing them into the Capitol with tear gas.
Not to be outdone, along comes Roger Stone with his hand out, and he needs money to sue Hillary Clinton. I guess we’re going to find out how right P.T. Barnum was about a sucker being born every minute after these two get done.

Alright, class, now we’re going to go over the legal logic of what Roger Stone is saying here, although I quite assure you that there is nothing of either in what’s coming out of Stone’s mouth.
He begins, “Now that the Russian collusion/delusion has been proven a fraud…” Okay. When did that happen? Were any of you awake and saw this? Because I missed it. I presume he’s talking about the Durham conflicts memo and somehow the existence of that translates as the Russian collusion case brought by Robert Mueller being “proven a fraud?” Just asking.
Then we move on, that as a result of that fraud being proven, well, that means that Roger was incarcerated for nothing. He obstructed the congressional investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election, but now he’s saying that that entire adjudication was based on fraud because in 2022 a conflicts memo was filed on a matter that was admittedly old news. And that relates how? Anybody? And then we come to the scorcher, he’s going to sue Hillary Clinton over this — now how did she become a defendant now? I can’t even fantasize how that is possible.
It’s maddening how utterly stupid this is, but maybe Stone will get some contributions. Maybe Sidney Powell will as well.
It baffles me that these people with mansions and fancy cars have to do a GoFundMe every time they need anything.
Beyond that, it saddens me that there are so many people in this world who could really use some help and to benefit from somebody’s generosity and Stone and Powell are not among them.
But maybe Stone will have the last laugh. Maybe he’s already sitting there watching donations pile up. After all, look at how many millions Steve Bannon collected for The Wall. And look at the $122 Million sitting in Donald Trump’s war chest. A fool and his money are the moral principle all these people stand on. They have no other.
He should have thought twice before he did that. She isn’t doing anything to him that he hasn’t already done to himself.

None of them provide a real service, or produce a desired product. All they have to offer is culture war hate.
You must have missed the master class for mega church preachers. I have never seen any grifters who are quite as good at it as preachers. They are truly gifted in the ability to separate fools from their money.
