What a fitting ending for a bum like Kristi Noem, and on so many satisfying levels. She was never anything more or less than another freak hatchling from the MAGA nest. And as I posted a couple of months ago that she was on borrowed time, seeing the blade fall today is no less entertaining.

But I’ll tell you this right now. If I’m a soft, furry quadruped residing in the Noem household, I’m packing a weeks worth of kibble, my favorite toy, and making a break for Mexico. Because after being sh*t-canned by baron von Schitzenpantz, the first pet she comes across is taking a quick trip to the gravel pit.

Noem got the chop because she’s almost as big of a political moron as El Pendejo Presidente. Not only did she commit the cardinal sin of outshining Emperor Gluteus Maximus, but she looked stupid doing it.

Whatever else you can say about Palm Beach Barbie, she knows how to defend the boss. When in front of a committee hearing, she blithely insults the questioner, and then deflects and refuses to answer the actual question. She does this simply because she knows that the press will go to Hair Twitler, and there’s nothing he loves more than getting down to it with the media.

Noem on the other hand, was a complete and dismal failure. She not only had none of AG Blondie’s flair for creative insults, once she finished those, she actually lied in her responses. And she did it so pathetically that the lies were easily rebutted by either facts already in evidence, or her own previous inconsistent statements.

The last brick in the head was when a federal judge called DHS officials into court to respond as to why they shouldn’t be held in contempt of court for ignoring ,multiple previous court rulings on how ICE could conduct their raids and treat detainees.

Trumpleforeskin can’t afford this. Immigration was his second strongest issue in 2024 after the economy. But when American citizens that aren’t lily white, with blond hair and blue eyes keep getting shot by untrained thugs in fleece jackets and ski masks, people tend to get nervous. And every time Noem opened her fat ignorant mouth, she only made it worse.

And since there’s always room for Jello, there’s always room, for a twofer. It was also announced that former Trump campaign manager and all purpose scumbag Corey Lewandowski was also getting the Denver boot.

If I understood MSNOW correctly, Lewandowski got axed for improper sexual advances towards other female staff members, as well as other assorted sins. Please recall, this is the troglodyte that not only roughed up a reporter at a Trump rally, leading to a plea bargain and private settlement, but also engaged in an extramarital affair with Trump aide Hope Hicks during the 2016 campaign. This wouldn’t have been fatal, except for the fact that the couple engaged in a public screaming match in the street outside of a restaurant after lunch. Not to worry. I’m sure that Lewandowski can find gainful employment soling a shoe, or riding on the back of a garbage truck.

The funny thing is, no matter how well deserved, this was a personally traumatic experience for Traitor Tot. Forget that The Apprentice bullsh*t. In real life Traitor Tot is a total wussy. He hates firing people. Subordinates are fired by their supervisors, and senior management at the Trump Organization practically has to hit on Melania for the hammer to drop. Humorously enough, this is the second time that Traitor Tot has had to kick Lewandowski to the curb.

And here’s the upside. His Lowness has nominated OK GOP Senator Mark Mullin to replace Noem. But this isn’t automatic. First, Mullin must complete a Senate questionnaire. Then the Senators have to have time to read it. Then Mullin’s sherpa has to take him around the Senate having one-on-one meetings with the Senators about his nomination. Then they have to have a committee hearing, followed by a committee vote, and topped off with the Senate confirmation vote. If he’s confirmed, it will take him at least 3-4 months to get up to speed on what the department runs, and what the rules are. So, for at least the next six months, ICE is not likely to be as free wheeling in their human rights abuses as they have been up until now.

In these dark days of the reign of The Prince of darkness, I live for these occasional days when just a couple of shining rays of sunlight pierce the overcast, and remind us that there will be life after the Cheeto Prophet. Hopefully it’s the same soothing balm on your soul as it is on mine. Hang in there, brighter days are ahead.
