This is vintage Donald Trump. Every woman that crosses his path is judged visually and that’s it. And that makes perfect sense. Trump doesn’t see women as human beings, he sees them as ornaments. And he is genuinely terrified of the smart ones. That much is established fact.
So here’s his cheap shot at Deborah Birx, no doubt in retaliation for her book.

Trump has gone off before about that Thanksgiving holiday, even going so far as to lie that her family “called the police.” And this is new information that Trump fired Birx. Birx announced that she would resign after the Biden administration transitioned in.
The following is a six minute clip, the first minute of which is that historic day when Trump suggested injecting bleach. As crazy as it sounded that day, it sounds even crazier when you listen to it now, with the hindsight of experience.

Here is where I parted company with Dr. Birx early on. You may recall that she was brought into the picture by Mike Pence and the level of sycophancy and lies is very Pence-like.

What Trump’s take down of Birx translates as is, “She’s a loser, not hot at all, how dare she say anything bad about me? I can have hotter women than her every day and in a New York minute, too. So there.”
Trump didn’t write that. Firstly, I very much doubt if he even knows that ‘egregious’ is a word, never mind knowing what it means. Secondly, it doesn’t have randomly capitalised words.
Oh and nobody came up to him with tears in their eyes saying “Sir, you have to get rid of her…”
You’re in the majority believing he didn’t write it. Which then begs the question, who did? And why? The facts are pretty clear that Birx resigned.
My gawd! She drove a whole TWO HOURS (or so) – all the way from DC to Delaware! EPIC travel! The bigliest, longest, toughest mostest dangerous trip anyone has ever taken! TWO WHOLE HOURS in her car! That Marlon Brando dude in that war movie couldn’t imagine such horror!
Seriously, I have no use for Dr. Birx. She sold her credibility early on, sacrificing a solid reputation built up over decades to obtain some national fame in the twilight of her career. The bleach moment in particular was her big chance to stand up and salvage her rep by walking out with a “Look – I tried but these people are so under the spell of a lunatic President who doesn’t care how many people die as long as he can avoid blame for his incompetence” statement. But she stayed. Through that and other crap.
I do agree Trump hates her (and always did) because she’s way, WAY smarter than him and far more accomplished in her field (well, at least before rejecting all she’d done to work for him!) than he ever was in business. His trashing her (again) is just typical Trump. The only surprise would be if he didn’t lash out at her.
