You know, Merrick Garland, his DOJ, and Jack Smith may have been late getting to the party, but it looks like they’re making up for it by bringing a kegger and four jumbo pizzas. While the expectation is that things are winding down, they just keep expanding.

I have written a couple of times now how Jack Smith’s increasing pressure on both the Mar-A-Lago documents case, as well as the Capitol insurrection forced Traitor Tot into one of the most difficult decisions of his life.

Trump felt forced to announce his candidacy for President in 2024 early, to try to put the heat on Smith and the DOJ to back off since he was now an officially declared candidate. The problem is that at that point, and even today, we’re nowhere near the 2024 general election cycle. And you can see for yourself how much attention Garland and Smith paid to that cheap stunt.

But the tactic came with a dire price. One of Trump’s prize post election possessions is his Leadership PAC, estimated at some $80-100 million. The nice thing about a Leadership PAC is that it was created for lower tier incumbents like congressmen and Senators to use to support local state candidates and incumbents. It has nowhere near the expenditure rules that campaign PAC’s have, it can be used for things like travel, clothes, hotels, and even legal expenses. The downside is that it’s still a PAC, an when His Lowness filed his paperwork, he had to give up that Pac, and cannot directly coordinate or receive any direct funds from the PAC.

In the days following the election being called for Biden, Trump sent out created text and e-mail blasts for his newly created Trump Election Fraud Legal Fund. He was fundraising to bring in millions of dollars for the multitude of state and federal court cases his legal team was filing to fight the vote fraud, and send El Pendejo Presidente back to the White House.

But it was all nothing more or less than a long con. As was reported at the time, and hammered like milk fed veal by congresswoman Zoe Lofgren at the J6 hearings, if you looked at the small print at the bottom, the donation link provided sent the funds to the Trump Leadership PAC. And as J6 subpoenaed documents from the Trump campaign showed, the PAC paid next to nothing on the legal fees for Trump’s myriad lawsuits.

And now reporting is that Trump’s Antichrist, Jack Smith is looking into that Leadership PAC. He has had multiple members of both Trump’s reelection campaign, as well as his fundraising operation in for a little Come to Jesus revival to finally see the light.

This is the last thing that The Trumpster Fire needs. This isn’t just some cheesy FEC investigation into possible campaign finance violations, resulting in a slap on the wrist, possible funds forfeiture, and a fine.

If The Cheeto Prophet’s e-mail and text blasts purported that any funds donated were going towards paying the legal bills for his court cases to overturn the election results, and then the fund turns around and spends the money on anything other than the specified donation plea, that’s not an FEC campaign violation.

That’s bank fraud. That’s wire fraud. That’s mail fraud if flyers were sent out. It’s misrepresentation of donation requests. And the beauty of it is that these are all federal criminal charges, payable upon demand with hard federal time.

But here’s the McGuffin. Even if the investigation isn’t completed until the general election season, the DOJ can still move to indict and keep it under seal. If Trump, as widely expected loses in 2024, then the day after the results are called, Trump is in shackles and headed for federal arraignment. And if by some miracle Trump wins, names a new Attorney General, and orders him to drop the indictments. then we have a messy legal battle as to whether or not a sitting President can also be his own judge and jury, literally placing him above the law. I swear, this sh*t just keeps getting more and more baroque all the time. Don’t touch that dial.

  1. I’m sure it is fraud. If on his begging email/tweet/letter it says somewhere the money will be redirected to X fund or whatever, then it telling the donor where his contributions are going. We can argue all day about the size of the font for that little gem and how it is misleading-sure but that doesn’t make it fraud, it makes it misleading. trump can be called out on that but so long as that little blurb is included we don’t have fraud.

Look, we see this sh*t all the time in advertising. In print so f**king small an ant would have trouble reading it we get the “these statements have not been verified by…” “your results may differ”, etc. You don’t have to put in an ad, or campaign/legal donation blurb, using a large font size, that there are different pots getting the money. You just have to have somewhere in the ad/beggar email/etc.

I haven’t seen of trump’s beggar letters, etc. but if his lawyers and/or campaign managers haven’t made sure of putting, somewhere in any size print, all the places the money might end up, then they are ten kinds of stupid. This is business law 101 f.f.s.

  2. Trump lives in a different world, one where he is NEVER WRONG, young women, some in their mid teens, want him so bad, he fantasizes about how his daughter would be for him … A true sicko from day one … Has his hands on her in every photo from when she was about 12 years old … I’ve often wondered if he abused her before … He trafficked 28 young girls to Mar-O-Golf, with promises of being chosen models for calendar art, told the pilot to leave them there, and when he questioned Trump, he said there was only him and his good friend with an infamous, “Sex Island”, way out in the Ocean …

This SH*T head NEEDS to go for a long time, AWAY from young girls, AWAY from web access, AWAY from ANY place he could trap a young girl … also, The state AG’s and Mr. Smith, need to dump it ALL on Trump, NO WAY is he ever going to change, they need to see if Kushner hand carried documents to the Saudi’s, WHAT COULD BE WORTH 2 BILLION DOLLARS FOR ex-presidenty’s son-in law? … More paperwork on Iran’s defense’s or gob-smacking secrets from Trump’s den of super secrets for sale?

It’s ALL got to stop, he’s done SO MUCH damage for the Republican do-wrongs, it will take years to make it right … Gym Jordon, is just one of several puppets working for Trump’s benefit, every one of those NEED some time to think clearly about how stupid they have been, obstructing and playing delay stunts, just to make Trump grin his cruel satisfaction once again, since it has been SO MUCH conspiracy by the Republicans, 5-10 years in prison might be too short a time … With a recording of Cruz planning the 01-06 Capitol attack, HE is another one that is calling the AG a liar and has tormented our Democrats in Congress as well …

Smile as you pop that corn, then slip into that special recliner that can be set to, “FLOAT”, position, tune into those revealing reports from MSNBC and others … Trump seems to be speaking in a blithering attack now, calling for family hell on Smith and others, THAT seems to me to be a call for immediate actions, Trump muzzled and placed in protective custody for HIM and those family’s … Threats to higher ups in the prosecutor’s camp should be an immediate court appearance in an orange jumpsuit and chains, whines and tears to no avail, just holding his head down when they shove him into that van with no windows and bars behind the driver’s seat …

  3. If trump wasn’t so stupid he really would be dangerous ! I’m sure he’s lined a few pockets in the Congress Like ( Gym Bag Jorden) to keep protecting him . Lucky for us Jorden is as stupid as trump .
