“When will they ever learn, when will they ever learn?” Where Have All The Flowers Gone, Pete Seeger
One characteristic that Mike Lindell shares with Donald Trump is that he’s predictable. The lawyer who filed Lindell’s recent cockamamie lawsuit got fired and the firm withdrew, but, according to Lindell, that’s not because the suit was a “flaming shit bag” as it’s been described, no that’s because of the bots and trolls. An army of bots and trolls amassed somewhere in cyberland and descended upon the law firm and scared them out of their wits. Or something.
Mike Lindell yesterday complained that the attorney he hired to fire the counter-suit against Dominion was fired by his firm because “bots and trolls” attacked the firm. He then says he has hired a team of people to track down the “bots and trolls” and go after them. pic.twitter.com/7vGqLukNtI

Lindell is getting ready to run out of gas. He’s been down this road before. He was sued previously for making bogus claims about scientific studies that his pillows had such and such benefit, when in fact they had no such thing, and he had to settle out of court.
Crucial context for this clip:
California prosecutors sued MyPillow twice, both times alleging the company touted bogus scientific studies. Both cases settled.
Now, Mike Lindell is peddling another supposed study he won't name—this time, during a pandemic. https://t.co/1McBhm8JlI pic.twitter.com/dioSjqzNJM

Lindell jumped right into the middle of the pandemic, as well. He’s a showboat. He interjects himself into the middle of major social issues where he has no business whatsoever being. He’s another P.T. Barnum, just like his idol Trump. It’s all about the grift.
The Better Business Bureau revoked its accreditation in 2017. That happened due to an advertising dispute. Here are some other advertising disputes.
One of the MyPillow’s “Clinical Sleep Study” ads that California regulators called complete, misleading BS and false advertising.

The fact that California regulators have repeatedly said you cannot trust this man to cite science to market his pillows honestly—and he folded both both times.
—seems relevant to the question about people trusting his pseudoscience about the apparatus supporting U.S. democracy.

The truth isn’t in him. Lindell has this amazing psychological make up — again, like Trump — to where he believes his own bullshit and then goes out and touts it as reality. It makes for good entertainment, at least.
Speaking of entertainment, the Lindell MAGA Frank fest is this Saturday, with Trump appearing via jumbotron. A circus in the Wisconsin woods, be there or be square. Square sounds good to me.
Like Rudy “Gouliani”, he craves attention. Positive or negative. it doesn’t matter.
Negative attention is easier to get. Just ask Ann Coulter.
P T Barnum was open about what he was doing – he didn’t believe the stuff he was selling, but he knew what would sell.
Lindell is a liar *and* crazy.
Why does he do it? In asking and attempting to answer this question, you’re overlooking one simple fact about Mike Lindell: He’s out of his tree. Bonkers. Not firing on all six. Being nuts works for him — or used to anyway — but he’s still nuts.
Well, at least we now know WHY he became such a fervent Trump supporter. “Birds of a feather” and all that. Or “like calls to like.”
Abyssus abyssum invocat.
Lindell and he who shall not be named both make me think about toddlers when they get caught in a lie…I know, but I won’t tell! And of course when it comes to election fraud, the extremely few cases found have been by republiQanons!
He’s a reformed crack addict you know.
