The 14th of March is over in most of the world as I write this sentence, and unless Mike Lindell’s lawyers managed to get a filing stamp on their lawsuit about three hours ago, eastern time, Lindell missed his window and there is no bombshell on file with the court right now. How can that be? How can Lindell possibly have promised, we mean promised, that the truth would be revealed in an electronic filing Thursday and then Thursday turned into Friday?

Dunno. We just know that this is the norm. And so is this. This is Lindell explaining to you how he really needs your money. Whether that’s in lieu of a SCOTUS filing or in order to effect the SCOTUS filing, we cannot say.

If there’s a filing with the court, I can’t find it. And it turns out that a lot of other people have been keeping a sharp eye out for this, too.

Hit this link to Raw Story and scroll down. Lindell is tearing up his tinfoil hats. That’s worth seeing. Bannon’s banter is worth hearing. Bannon explains how Trump, indicted in four jurisdictions, Rudy, going bankrupt and losing his homes in New York and Florida, and Peter Navarro, who is going to prison next week, are “heroes.” I guess the definition of that word has changed since I was in school. I think “idiot” is a better descriptor. And here’s Lindell’s pitch about the lawsuit.

After three years of dedication, The Lindell Offense Fund, created by Mike Lindell, is supporting a critical injunction case delivered by attorneys with the Supreme Court of the United States. The Lake vs. Fontes case calls for SCOTUS to issue a Writ of Certiorari to the Arizona 9th circuit court which has thus far refused to address evidence of election manipulation using electronic voting systems. Now, even more compelling, and explosive evidence is being submitted to the SCOTUS.

This case started in Arizona calling for an injunction against the machines featuring Kari Lake and Mark Finchem as plaintiffs. Maricopa County Judge Peter Thompson dismissed the lawsuit initially based on standing and assertions that our claims were “speculative”. It then went to the Arizona Court of Appeals which affirmed the dismissal. An appeal to the Arizona Supreme Court also ended with affirmation of the dismissal. The case was then appealed again after this ruling to the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals where the dismissal was once again affirmed. The LOF attorneys who continued to pursue the case, including Alan Dershowitz, were sanctioned.

The courts have repeatedly dismissed this case on standing, not lack of evidence. It should be noted that “standing” is a judge’s decision that does not require explanation. The Writ of Certiorari is used in rare cases when the case has national significance or is precedent setting. In both instances, this case meets those criteria.

Our case has been delivered to the Supreme Court Today. The petition will be shared once the case has been docketed.

Standing is not something a judge decides. There are rules of procedure which govern filings. For instance, if you hit my car in Los Angeles with your car and I sue you, I have standing to sue in Los Angeles because that’s where the cause of action (in this case a car accident) occurred. Some judge in Anchorage, for example, doesn’t get to simply decide that the case can be tried in Alaska, simply because she thinks it should be. So Lindell, per usual, is way off base.

And as to the Writ, a Writ of Certiorari orders a lower court to deliver its record in a case so that the higher court may review it. If SCOTUS was going to hear this case, yes, it could ask the lower court to deliver its record and SCOTUS would begin the process.

Now this is legalese sounding gibberish.

The Writ of Certiorari is used in rare cases when the case has national significance or is precedent setting. In both instances, this case meets those criteria.

I don’t know what the eff he’s talking about. Again, this is legalese sounding muck. This isn’t law. And standing is no small matter. Lindell isn’t just going to walk this case into the Supreme Court.

But hey, I’ll follow up tomorrow. You heard the man, big press conference and he wanted to use Steve Bannon’s platform as well. This is why everybody laughs at this clown, left-wing, right-wing, chicken wing. Lindell is a buffoon.

And what Bannon was saying about how brave he was, no, he’s stupid. “They” haven’t forced him into bankruptcy, he made horrific decisions in business. But I guess it’s easier to believe oneself to be a crusading patriot, the modern day Paul Revere, then to wake up and say, “Oh my God, what have I done?”

  1. When it comes to Lindell and what must go through what’s left of his mind sometimes in the middle of the night I can’t help but think of a couple of lines from Once In A Lifetime by The Talking Heads:
You may ask yourself, “Am I right, am I wrong?”
You may say to yourself, “My God! What have I done?”

  2. The legalese that he uses reminds me of the “packets”. He used a bunch of technical jargon, with nothing to support it, to sound convincing. To my mind, when the case is characterized as “speculative” that sounds a lot like “you got nothing”.

      • I actually asked a website developer and a software developer about “packets” when all that was happening. They told me that what they were and what Lindell was saying they were are two different things. Same with “standing.” All courts have certain jurisdiction over certain cases. It’s not as discretionary as Lindell makes it sounds, like oh yeah, SCOTUS will decide to hear this, if they feel like it. It doesn’t work that way.

  3. Nobody at the SCOTUS building answered the door.
Has he tried taking Clarence Thomas on a nice vacation?
    That’s the first step.
