When you’re hot you’re hot and when you’re not, you’re not. And Donald Trump hasn’t even shown a room temperature response so far to his announcement of MAGAGA, Make America Great and Glorious Again.
No, Sir, all he has shown us are billionaires deciding to jump ship and not be his mega donors. And he can’t do a viable presidential run without money and he’s pretty much tapped out the rubes for small dollar donations.
Ronald Lauder, an old classmate of Trump’s, who supposedly encouraged him to buy Greenland, has jumped ship. He joins Stephen Schwarzman and Ken Griffin, also billionaires, who bailed a few days prior. But the unkindest cut of all comes from one of Rupert Murdoch’s publications, the New York Post. This is a triple owie.
That was published on page 26, no less, under the headline “Been There, Don That.”
This is a flat out insult. There is no other way that Trump, or anybody else, can take this as anything other than what Murdoch decreed it should be, a complete journalistic slap in the face.

The beauty of this is, that the powers that be are fine with Trump having the classified documents. They’re fine with his age. They’re fine with his obesity. They are fine with freaking all of it. What they are NOT fine with, is him losing elections.
And that’s the part that Trump doesn’t get. Yes, you can talk about grabbing ’em by the pussy or sending the second amendment people after your opponent. You can make fun of the disabled or anybody that you want.
What you cannot do is lose elections. That is the unforgiveable sin. And Donald just keeps doing it. He’s going to do it again December 6 in Georgia.
He’s basically giving the nomination to DeSantis and he’s too stupid to know it. Unless I miss my guess, Herschel Walker will go down in flames December 6. Trump will be blamed, and rightfully so. DeSantis can just sit back and watch and laugh, because for him it will be Christmas coming early.
