Imagine a world where there are mass shootings every day or every other day — yet despite this, the Supreme Court is considering a ruling that concealed carry of weapons is a constitutional right. And that would put yet more guns out on the street. I wish I could say you’ve entered the Twilight Zone, but this is America, 2021. This is who we are.

“Gunmen appeared in one of the breezeways and opened fire,” said Smith. “It appears that they were targeting a particular apartment, not necessarily people or individuals, but they had no regard for the individuals that were out there.”
I mean no flippancy or disrespect with the cartoon or the headline. This is simply how it is now. We have to get a grip on this. This is a disgrace.
It’s so sad that these things happen ?. I hope like hell every one is well.. heartbreaking.
Let’s see how the “party of life” reacts to an actual baby possibly losing its life as opposed to a fetus. Ought to be a good exercise in rationalizations I’m sure.
I have not heard the phrase “massacre du jour” before this, but it has indeed come to this. Years ago, after Sandy Hook maybe, we asked, would this be the tipping point? It wasn’t, much to the dismay of many. What WILL it take?

In the rest of the world they have suicide bombers. Here we have suicide mass murderers, since 90+% of the time, the mass murderer also dies. Add to that the random gun violence on the streets as well as police shooting as many black people as they can, and despite Covid’s best efforts, it’s a wonder we still have an overpopulation problem. Yikes! Just what will it take to get through to people about guns? We don’t need more. The people who do carry guns are the problem. They are the ones murdering the rest of us!
