Kellyanne Conway was trying to mock Democrats on Fox News’ Outnumbered, earlier this month, and now it looks like her daughter Claudia has decided to mock her. Well, you know, feistiness and conflict are a family thing, so why should it be any different in the Conway household? Plus, Kellyanne is just so easy to mock so it’s really kind of fun to watch her kid do this. Claudia may only be 19 but she’s already good at it.

Kellyanne was trying to drag Democrats as the third anniversary of January 6 approaches (Saturday) and right before the holidays, she told her Fox News cohorts “I think Democrats wake up every morning and they look at the calendar on the iPhone and it says January 6,” Newsweek reports.

“The date never changes. and then they get into an electric vehicle and go get an abortion.”

If I didn’t know much about Kellyanne Conway, I’d assume she must have had a bit too much to drink before making this bizarre comment.

But no, it was her attempt at being funny. She was trying to mock Democrats for caring about abortion rights; how using electric vehicles could slow down climate change, you know, things like that. Oh, and that the U.S. Capitol riot of January 6, 2021, clearly a (fortunately) failed attempt to rupture democracy in the U.S., is being talked about too much, and sshhh, we should all hush now.

While she’s been notably absent from X for a while, Claudia, who is also the daughter of George Conway, co-founder of The Lincoln Project, decided it was time to strike back.

“hi sorry i’m back,” she posted. “i’ve been driving my electric car to get hundreds of third trimester abortionson january 6, 2021.”

Can I just say that I love this kid?

Her post has been viewed more than 1.4 million times and one X user couldn’t help but observe the “shade” being tossed in mom’s direction.

Claudia also fired off one remark that’s a reference to the looming election, writing “We need to just fast forward to 2028 and skip all this sh*t.”

It’s only January but I think many of us have been tired of the 2024 election for months. But Queerty notes, we’re all still in for the long haul.

Voters are growing increasingly tired of the same old, same old, saying they don’t want a rematch between Donald Trump and President Joe Biden in November. A number of voters say they would prefer it if neither Trump or Biden were on the ballot.

An increasing number of voters say they really, really, really do NOT want a rematch between Donald Trump and Joe Biden in 2024. In fact, many would prefer neither of the men were on the ballot.

A poll released last month by the Associated Press-NORC Center for Public Affairs Research revealed that the vast majority of the folks surveyed said they aren’t thrilled about the idea of reliving the 2020 election all over again.

According to the AP: “Most U.S. adults overall (56%) would be “very” or “somewhat” dissatisfied with Biden as the Democratic presidential nominee in 2024, and a similar majority (58%) would be very or somewhat dissatisfied with Trump as the GOP’s pick.”

“nearly 3 in 10 u.s. adults, or 28% say they would be dissatisfied with both trump and biden becoming their party’s respective nominees — with independents (43%) being more likely than democrats (28%) or republicans (20%) to express their displeasure with both men gaining party nominations.”

So we’re all in the same boat as Claudia Conway. And what the heck are Democrats going to do? They haven’t exactly been going gangbusters on this. If there are any Democrats serious about challenging Biden, now is the time to do it.

Perhaps this is why Claudia Conway is good at mocking people. Including one funny post where she pitted Marjorie Taylor Greene against Harry Potter. I’m guessing she decided on Greene because of her cray-cray ideas, but it lead one X user to say “He has a flying broom Claudia, it’s not even going to be close.”

  1. Yeah, let’s ignore the huge achievements of Biden and turn it into a horse race with Trump.

    They’re both politicians, right?, and they both say things so they must be the same right?

    And following on from Trump’s blathering, ‘They both have legal troubles’

    Oh, so hard to choose. Who will win between these two nearly identical characters?

    That’s the trick they’re trying. On one side, competence, legality, honesty, democracy and fairness, on the other lies, fraud, treason, dishonesty, spin, fascism, no more democracy and ineptitude and incompetence.

    Are THAT many people going to think it’s a ‘toss the coin’ choice, or not?

      • It’s not (just) the voting public. It’s the media who should be informing them, who’ve chosen not to report facts but, instead, to turn the election into a ‘race’ between ‘two contenders’ because they think that way they’ll get better ratings/more money.

        And if democracy is harmed? They don’t care, they got their money.

  3. Alternative facts!

    In all seriousness, the Dems need to start attacking FOX and looking for ways to take them down, like the right did to ACORN and continually tries to do to Planned Parenthood, PBS, NPR, etc. Because, of course, it’s FOX that creates the false narratives of burning cities and everyone getting abortions and “godless America” and billions and billions of immigrants streaming into every major city and stolen elections and blah, blah, blah, that makes so many think so many crazy things and keeps them completely unaware that crime is actually down, the economy is pretty amazing, vaccines work and COVID is under control, and Biden has done an incredible job in the face of insane opposition. If anyone is the enemy of the people, it’s the Murdochs and FOX.

  4. Posts like this one irk the hell out of me. First, most incumbent Presidents run for, and win re-election. There have been only two in recent memory, Bush Sr. and el Douche’ who lost, but they ran. Second, besides the AP-NORC Polls being notoriously unreliable, posting junk like this is why people, if there really IS a majority of the populace unhappy with Biden running for President, are saying this. This is not a sampling of ‘voters’, just anyone who answered their phones. And we know who answers the phone to strangers and it most likely isn’t the voters who would vote for Biden. A poll of ‘voters’ would hold more weight, this is a personality contest. Also, the phrasing of this question really affects the answer more than most poll questions: “Do you *really* want to see Trump and Biden run again? Eeewww!” No informed voter would say this, and the writer pleading for a Democratic challenger at this point, or frankly any point, considering Biden and the Dems many significant accomplishments with so much resistance from an entire party trying to destroy our government lends to this post the credibility of clickbait.
