Don Junior continues with his daily public service announcements, which others characterize as “coke fueled” and which he insists are merely “animated.” Maybe he’s been getting loaded for so long now that he doesn’t remember not getting loaded, ergo, to him it is normal? And he is just “an animated guy?”
Everything in life is relative. If there is one thing that I have learned, it is that fact. It’s all relative, there are zero absolutes.
As you probably are aware, Joe Biden shared a touching moment with Elton John last evening.

This is moving. This is what people with class look like. Elton John has long put his efforts into the fight against HIV and he is deserving of the medal. This is not the same thing as when Melania draped a medal around Rush Limbaugh while he mugged for the cameras and feigned surprise. This is reality, not reality TV.
And while that was taking place in Washington, D.C., in Florida, Don Junior was getting loaded, what else, and here is his contribution to the cultural discourse. Junior wanted to make Daddy look cool, because damn, the libs in D.C. were getting all the cool last night. Can’t have that. So Junior had a few more rails and went into action.

These two pieces say it all, friends. If you wanted to leave a message in a time capsule for future civilizations, commenting on the two tribes in American politics in this era, and illuminating the differences between them, you could do no better than this.
I don’t know what reaction Junior expected from this, but so far crickets on Truth Social and Twitter is all a howl. Who knows, maybe Lincoln Project or Meidas Touch can use the video to greater purpose. I certainly hope so.
And here’s what else Junior sent out into the ethosphere last night. Take a brief look. It is utterly incomprehensible. The man is going to OD if he keeps going this way.

“Are we kidding me?” Ask the various yous, Junior, we over here don’t know. Ask Herschel Walker if he can mediate between your alternate selves. Herschel has experience in these matters.
Every day you read about how when the House is retaken by the Republicans how they intend to go after Hunter Biden. I’m sure Junior thinks a lot about Hunter Biden. And truth be known? In Junior’s lucid moments, assuming that he has a few now and then, he admits to himself how he would kill to be in Hunter Biden’s shoes. Hunter beat this rap. He got away from being enslaved to drugs. Junior, if these daily videos are any indication, can’t even begin to address the issue. He just gets worse.
And as much as I despise Don Junior I wouldn’t wish a drug recovery on anybody. They are brutal. I went cold turkey from four milligrams per day of Xanax and it was an indescribable experience, hallucinations, hearing and visual distortions, all of it. I don’t want to even think what Junior is up against.
This can’t go on forever. It never does. It’s either going to be intervention time or Eric will find the body like he found Ivana’s.

Seeing as no one from the Trump family for God knows how many generations has ever served in the military of any nation, it;s fascinating that he considersa hmself an expert on exactly ewhat kind of recruit makes for a strong military. I could tell him a few things.
Starting with what th eilitary does NOT want, let’s look back in the day when judges would often sentence youg male first time offenders to enlist in the military to avoid prison. Clearly none of these judges had ever spoken witth DoD, because this is certainly somethig the military does not want. The military is not a finishing school for teaching manners to thugs. A few of these peole were successful in the military. Most were not. Thak may at least provide an idea of how badly the ideas of civilians about what makes for a strong military are off base.
Diversity, however, is something the military very much does want. The military is focused on having the best peoson possible to do the job – whateven the job is. The job of the military entais a whole lot more than fighting. JUst one example is – the Navy would have struggled for years and might even today never have caught up had it rejected Grace Hopper for being female.
The military expects its peole to show respect – starting with respect to senior officers, but going far beyond that. If one has no respect for anyone except oneself and people exactly like one, that is impossible and will lead to failure of the individual and quite possibly failure of the individual’s entire unit. The military is not fond of failure.
Regarding military service you’re correct that not one person on either side has served as single day in the armed forces. Wanna feel really sick inside, or pissed off or both? The Trump ancestor (as one of our own feature writers reminds us when he uses dRumph instead of Trump the family name was “Americanicized” by Trump’s great grandaddy. But here’s the deal, that ancestor who established himself in our country ran away from Prussia to avoid mandatory military service. He wound up in Alaska if memory serves and couldn’t make a go of things. So he tried going back to his home country, figuring he was now old enough to not have to serve. The King (well, his people) told him to go fuck himself and kicked him out! Again, my memory might be a bit off but the asshole went to Canada before being allowed into the U.S. where he got to stay. This was before Wilson and the “we only want white, upstanding Europeans” restricted immigration policy. This dude was NOT “upstanding. My point is that draft dodging is a family tradition. Had his ancestor not been such a self-centered coward, and/or at least had enough sense of duty to do his duty as his country defined it there wouldn’t be a Trump family in the U.S. And none of us here or around the world would have to deal with the consequences of Trump having spent four years in the WH.
Dear Don, Jr.: Your latest rant was just so clueless I had to comment. It has nothing to do with their ability to handle being mislabeled, it has to do with respect for individuals and opening your mind to something other than what your small wasted mind thinks is “normal”. Why do you care frankly? Does it hurt you personally? No. And how on earth would it effect their ability to fight for our country? P.S. Get some help for that drug problem. Seriously.
