This is one of those news stories where the “why” is the only thing worth knowing and for the moment that’s not being disclosed. Here’s what we know.
Jason Miller is leaving his day to day duties as former President Trump’s spox to take over as the CEO of a tech start-up company, according to a person familiar. The company owns one of the social media platforms Trump is considering. Trump is interviewing spox replacements now.

Anybody want to play, “Let’s Replace Jason Miller” a fun new game? How about Trump replaces Miller with:
- Stephen Miller. He’s in desperate need of a job and they could keep the business cards and just black out “Jason.”
- Jenna Ellis. Terrific choice. She’ll say anything at any time about anybody. No compunctions or morals.
- Kellyanne Conway. No chance. She’s done working, she’s going to sell her Trump book and live high.
- Matt Gaetz. That would also be a great choice, but it might only be a temp job, considering that Matt Gaetz may have pressing engagements elsewhere, namely at the House of Many Doors.
- Somebody else, see my comment below.
If Jason Miller has any sense he’ll keep distancing himself from Trump.
I hope that that tech company either goes under fast or realizes they don’t need the former guy’s business (because he’s not going to pay).
So many rats have left already. Add another to the list.!
Mar-a-Lago has a revolving door just for Trump associates who come on board and leave with nary a breath in between.
