Y’all know what a prediction is, right? It’s some clown spouting off his mouth about what he thinks is going to happen in the future. And right now that clown is me. But unlike most common, ordinary, garden variety morons, I have 50 years of experience, and actually do some research. So keep that in mind.

And here’s the way I see it. Several days ago, before Christmas I told my wife Teri that I fully expected to see Trump indicted in federal court in Washington DC on charges stemming from the Mar-A-Lago documents case. That’s low hanging fruit. First, every court that has weighed in says that Traitor Tot had no right to take those documents to Florida. Second, Trump’s obstruction in response to DOJ and National Archives requests to retrieve them were rebuffed. And third, Traitor Tot himself proudly proclaimed that Nobody has ever transported documents more openly and aboveboard than I did. All pure, unadulterated bullshit.

I was greatly gratified a couple of days ago when former Robert Mueller Trump-Russia prosecutor Andrew Weitzman said on MSNBC that he fully expects to see Trump indicted in federal court for the Mar-A-Lago documents by the end of January. Like me, he felt that not only was the evidence too strong, but Trump’s arrogance in fighting the return of the documents made him inherently complicit.

So, I’m going to go with a joint editorial opinion that sometime before the end of January, Attorney General Merrick Garland will step in front of the microphones to announce that former President Donald J Trump has been indicted on multiple criminal charges concerning the unauthorized control of restricted federal documents. And when that happens, all of our fondest dreams come true.

Because regardless of Traitor Tot’s former exalted status, Once the indictments are unsealed, and he turns himself in, he becomes just another common thug. And when he’s taken from the booking and processing area into a federal courtroom for his initial hearing, Secret Service or not, he’ll be wearing steel bracelets. And the media will be right there to record it. The ultimate insult to his ego.

But what comes next, if anything? I have some ideas. First of all, it has been reported that Fulton County DA Fani Willis’s special grand jury has finished hearing testimony and is working on their recommendations. You might think that this will lead to more immediate indictments, but not so fast. Normally a county DA empanels a grand jury, presents evidence, and gains indictments. But not this time.

Because of the notoriety of Trump, and acolytes like Lindsey Graham and Mark Meadows, to say nothing of a passel of sitting GOP legislators, the Georgia courts decided to empanel a special grand jury, overseen by the Chief Judge of Georgia. The GA Judiciary decided to maintain a little supervision here. The special grand jury is not allowed to vote indictments, only make recommendations.

Which means that if the special grand jury recommends criminal charges, then DA Fani Willis will then empanel a normal Fulton County grand jury, present a precis of her testimony and evidence to the grand jury, and request the applicable grand jury indictments.

All of which takes time. And so, I’m figuring that it will be late February or early March before Willis takes to the stage and announces criminal indictments against The Mango Messiah. But that won’t be it. There are several prominent GOP state legislators who are in this conspiracy up to their noses and I expect local charges there too. We’ll have to see whether or not Willis is confident enough to charge Leningrad Lindsey Graham or Mark Meadows as well.

Which leaves the DOJ’s J6 investigation. Because Traitor Tot used so much subterfuge and so many cutouts, it’s a legitimate question as to whether or not the DOJ chooses to charge him with complicity in the Capitol riot. But I fully expect that by Easter, the DOJ will have obtained criminal indictments against such Trump miscreants as Rudy Giuliani, Mark Meadows, John Eastman, Peter Navarro, Boris Epshteyn, Roger Stone, Stephen Bannon, and others for their assorted crimes in enabling the January 6th insurrection. And that doesn’t even count possible federal criminal charges to the GOP legislators in various GOP controlled states for their involvement in the fraudulent elector scheme.

I may be off on some of the timing, but I suspect that this is going to be a very busy spring on the political frontier, regardless of the impending GOP House farce. The chickens are finally coming to roost, and anybody who has ever seen a chicken coop knows it’s full of shit. Don’t touch that dial.

  1. hoping that you are right why should a poor person go to hell because he doesn’t have the money for all those money hungry lawyers that defended trump, in this country only the poor spend jail time while they rich don’t.

  2. Well I read there’s federal interest in the election case in Georgia which would supersede Ms Willis challenging Trumpet. Yeah, apparently old Jack got to reading something and noticed what was thought to be a dead horse still had some life left in it. Now this was one of the internet arm chair quarterbacks but it does sound reasonable that the feds wouldn’t want a Georgia DA upstaging them. Just a rumor but hey. And in the last couple days it seems that some of maratardo documents turned up all the way in California. Yep, seems like old Jack got a Christmas present. There’s quite the discussion on that as you would possibly have crossing state lines and all that. You know how DAs love to tack on charges they know will get slapped down so the ones they actually want will stick cause they can’t slap all charges off. And just seen that some clown thought he could get off on J6 by saying Trump ordered him to do it. The judge said that ain’t happening in my court and made a nasty ruling for Trump in that one. Sometimes you just can’t buy better coverage. That puts a white new life on the J6 investigation of the orange tater tot. Oh well. Back to my reading

  3. 2023 has to be the Year where it’s Proof Positive that “Nobody Is Above The LAW”. This can’t be shown for anyone who has broken the law in more corrupt behaviors than I can count concerning EX-president trump. DOJ OR Jack Smith together get on this urgent business at hand. This is for the betterment of the United States of America 🇺🇸. Show we are true and “Justice Matters”.
