If y’all want a reason to motivate to get out there, preach the word, and vote on November 5th, how about this? If Kamala Harris is elected on November 5th, and sworn in on January 20th, Donald John Trump’s life as he has lived it is over, and his ego dies irretrievably. Sound good?

If Donald Trump loses on November 5th, it’s over. Even in the slavish MAGA GOP, Trump will be the one with cooties. He’ll be a two time presidential loser, and nobody, even his slavish Trombies will be calling him President Trump anymore. Especially since, at the age of 82, Trump will never set foot on another stage stumbling on his walker, with his oxygen bottle trailing behind him to accept another nomination. He will finally be thrown on the ash heap of history.

No more Air Force 1. No more resolute Desk. No more rambling free association press conferences extolling the virtues of injecting bleach in our veins to cure viruses. No more state dinners. And most certainly no more under the table kaboodle from foreign dictators and governments trying to get him to spend federal money on them. As seth Curry says, Night-night.

Rather than the ego soothing and imperial sounding President Trump, Donald John Trump will spend the rest of his life known as criminal defendant Trump, or in New York as convicted criminal Trump. And that is all that he’ll be known as, except for the occasional former President, and now criminal defendant Donald Trump. That’s the best he can hope for if he goes down in November.

And if you’re as petty and vindictive as I am, you can revel in the fact that this situation will literally haunt him for the rest of his miserable life. because while some things will be fairly quickly resolved, the rest of it is going to drag out at the same turtles pace he inspired it to while he was running from justice.

For starters. He’s already some $89 million in the hole to writer E Jean Carroll for defamation, under appeal. That will be resolved sometime early next year. Then he’s looking at some $454 million in civil fraud, also under appeal, which will also be resolved sometime by the middle of next year. Then look for lawsuits from pervious lenders wanting to call in his debts once his civil fraud convictions are upheld. The vultures will be circling.

Then there’s Manhattan. Whether Trump wins or loses, after the election Judge Juan Merchan is going to be sentencing him for his 34 criminal fraud convictions. And I find it impossible to believe that the sentencing won’t include some form of involuntary incarceration. Trump will of course appeal, but since the actual crimes were committed while Traitor Tot was a private citizen, it doesn’t really matter where the checks were signed, those actions were merely in furtherance of the original crime. Somewhere down the road, Traitor Tot will serve time.

But we’re just getting started. On Friday, Judge Chutkan wants the written arguments for how the Supreme Court’s ruling will be interpreted in the DC criminal case, followed by oral arguments later. Whatever ultimate decision on admissibility of evidence and testimony Judge Chutkan makes, it will be appealed. But the wheels of justice will grind slowly on, crushing and grinding Trump beneath them.

Then there’s the Mar-A-Slobo documents case. Special Counsel filed an appeal today before the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals to overturn Kindergarten Judge Aileen Cannon’s dismissal of charges in that case. And one can only hope that while Smith didn’t specifically request it, the 11th Circuit, in their infinite wisdom will decide that three judicial bitch slaps and you’re out, and take the case from Cannon and reassign it to its proper place in Palm Beach county.

The 11th Circuit has been wickedly speedy for a federal appellate court, and hopefully their decision will come down before Christmas. But of course Il Douche will appeal to the Supreme Court, but only at the last moment, again trying to run out the clock. With the reverence that the Roberts train wreck is giving The Orange Orangutan, it is unlikely that the case would be heard by the April cutoff, leaving it until the October session of next year, with a ruling likely after New years of 2026.

Which is OK by me, because that still leaves the Peach State, Georgia. If Trump loses on November 5th, the kid gloves in Georgia will finally be off. The state appellate court will finally rule that the case can continue to trial, with Fulton County DA Fani Willis prosecuting it. And as a state case, it will be least likely to federal judicial interference. There will be more pre-trial motions and wrangling, but I figure that by early summer of next year, His Lowness will be spending considerable time as a criminal defendant in Fulton County, Georgia.

Starting to get the picture here? If Trump loses in November, it’s actually a goddamn good thing, since he’s going to be spending all of his time bouncing from court to court like a neutrino in a lab experiment. And that’s not even counting the time he spends in some form of involuntary confinement in Manhattan. So much for those bedminster tee times, *sshole.

And again, if you’re as petty and vindictive as I am, here’s the best part. At least it’s the best part for me. If Trump loses on November 5th,then the Trump campaign is solely going to be responsible for settling any and all debts incurred during the campaign. So much for his campaign war chest. In fact Traitor Tot will probably be in debt, which is his responsibility. And since Trump is no longer a presidential candidate, his Leadership PAC can no longer solicit or collect donations.

Which begs the question, Where does Traitor tot get all of that long green to pay off his legal beagles? If Trump is no longer a presidential candidate, then there are probably going to be FEC regulations that kick in as to what funds he can access from his Leadership PAC, and for what purposes. His campaign funds will be tied up in settling campaign debts. And as far as I know, being a deadbeat, almost if not all of Trump’s legal teams have him on a pay-as-you-go-plan.

After the election, Trump will be sentenced in Manhattan and those appeals will start. The appeals in the E Jean Carroll and NY State civil fraud cases will have oral arguments. Georgia will kick-start the pre-trial motion process again. And Traitor Tot will have pre-trial motions and hearings on the J6 case, as well as appellate arguments on the Mar-A-Slobo case. How does he come up with the scratch to pay all of these legal goombas?

This is what lullabies me to sleep at night. Beat Trump on November 5th, and once the results are certified, he can finally send the rest of his pathetic misbegotten life as just what he’s always been, a common criminal. You guys down with that?

I thank you for the privilege of your time.

  1. You’re a saint Murf compared to me, although I admit the slow roast of courtroom after courtroom does have its appeal. Yet I could also go with Danzel Washington’s approach with the corrupt police captain in Man On Fire. Seeing him strapped to a hood in his shoes and underwear with a bomb up his ass works. Or the interrogation scene of the lower level corrupt kidnapper with his hands duct taped to the steering wheel and having his fingers cut off and cauterized everytime he lied would suffice. It wouldn’t bring back all the children he destroyed or left as orphans but it would be cathartic. Hell…let’s throw him to the legal lions, and possibly to the wolves that roam the halls of penitentiaries. I personally don’t think his system will allow him to run the gauntlet. He’s a heart attack or stroke away from real judgement.

  2. With the 5th of November in mind, I keep thinking of the English kids’ rhyme relating to Guy Fawkes (who has been described in some circles as ‘the last person who entered Parliament who actually knew what he was doing’)

Remember, remember, the 5th of November,
    Gunpowder, treason and plot.
    I see no reason
    Why gunpowder treason
    Should ever be forgot.

    Déja vu anyone?

  3. I wonder how many migrants are in prison right now for the crime of trying to better their lives and their family?
How many are in prison now for breaking laws when they were separated from their children to find them?

My dream: Trump is in the General Population of said prison with a Full Pardon and Nobel Peace Prize who puts an end to the Trump Error. I think the Pay-per-View will do pretty darn good!

  4. When he loses the election he’ll also lose access to wealthy ‘friends’, his business ’empire’ will be sold off in a series of ‘fire sales’, releasing far less money than he needs.

It will be just as well he’ll be in prison as he won’t own anywhere he can call home, to sleep in.

With the divorce from Melanoma, he’ll finally be all alone and broke.

    Like he deserves.

Then he can be charged with treason.

  5. I think he knows it and will flee the country around Nov 7. My guess is Venezuela. It would interesting to know if he’s siphoning off campaign donations for his retirement.

  6. He loses on 5 Nov, his life is over. He wins on 5 Nov, our country is over. Seems like a no-brainer to me and one of those Spock things: the needs of the many and all that. lol

    • Ahhh, yes, stock symbol DJT, which closed today at $20.99, less than 1/3 of its mid-April high of $66.22, and trending continuously lower. While the book value of Von Schitzie’s holdings is currently in the $2 billion range, attempting to sell so large a block of stock at once will likely drive its price to penny stock territory, and the scale of price decline could result in suspension of trading and regulatory investigation.

Not only that, but those of his MAGA cultists who’ve laid out 5-digit amounts in his support aren’t likely to buy more, especially since they’re already dealing with 50-60% losses even at the current $20 share price, and no serious investor will even try to short-sell the stock, much less buy it. I don’t think Von Schitzie will get anywhere near $2 billion for his DJT stock. In fact, if he tries to unload it quickly, he may not even be able to cover the $454 million he’ll need to pay off the business fraud civil trial judgment.

  7. “… and once the results are certified” is the key to the whole goddam thing. The MAGAts are working their corrupt asses off to make sure that doesn’t occur. Kamala can win by a landslide but if the fix is in in enough states, and the chaos caused by MAGAt officials within the system delays the certification long enough, then the House gets to choose the winner. It would be Trump. That’s where we all should be focused.

    • I gotta believe the Biden White House and Harris Campaign are well aware of the MAGA cultists plan to steal the election and the legal teams in place are poised to act as soon as the affected local and state election boards make their moves to hold up results certification.
