The Diapered Don should probably not take the stand today in his New York Civil Fraud case, and I am sure that if his lawyers had their way he would not even be in New York State until the trial is concluded.
But as Former federal prosecutor Jennifer Rodgers explains in the following clip, New York Attorney General Letitia James has the power to compel his testimony in this civil action and has chosen to place him in the hot seat… which is probably why the Dotard has made so much noise about “wanting” to testify… his fragile ego will not allow him to admit that Ms. James is making him testify; he’d rather present to his cult that he is calling the shots.
The fact that the charges of defrauding the state of New York against the Trump Organization have already been adjudicated and a guilty verdict recorded means that their is little drumpf can do on the stand that will be of any help to him.
Conversely, he can do a lot of harm.
Rodgers seems to be banking on that.
And drumpf has to be mightily ticked-off by now.
After all, his idiot sons spend much of their testimony trying to claw their way out from under the bus dear old dad had publicly thrown them under, denying, in typical Trumpian fashion, their involvement in the organization that they were top executives of, and coming off, Rodgers says in the clip, as “smug”.

“I think this could really be some fireworks tomorrow,” she observed on Sunday. “Donald Trump is famously undisciplined as a speaker. He is furious about this case.”
“He’s been talking, of course, at length about how the judge is out to get him and the AG is out to get him,” she noted. “So the question is, I don’t know that he’ll just be smug. I mean, he may explode tomorrow.”

I don’t know exactly what will happen on the stand later today, but I tend to agree with Rodgers that unless they shoot him full of elephant tranquilizers, Trump just might have a meltdown of major proportions.
Unlike his clueless cult members, the Dotard knows in the dank recesses of his own baseball sized reptilian brain that AG James is calling all the shots, and that has to infuriate him…along with the fact that his feckless progeny refuse to go along with his flailing attempts to, as ever, evade all personal responsibility for his crimes.
I, for one, will have my air-popper all warmed up.
Having already ruled he’s guilty of fraud, I’m sure the judge will find him a credible witness.
Like the narcissist that he is, he’ll outwardly attempt to fashion, posture and project his self-perceived power, wrapped in his false-positive and contrived persona. He’ll quickly reveal his true attributes: his need to retaliate, being unkind, mean and vengeful, and project his fears, insecurities, sullen anger, weakness and vengeance onto those others he sees as his targets and the cause of his current predicament. All he’ll do is simply shoot himself in both feet, as he concurrently pisses into his own pockets, whilst he gesticulates and acts out using criticisms, accusations and mandates – just like the spiteful, vengeful and narcissistic man-child he is. Like everything else about him, he’ll fu*ck up big-time-ring-circus and snuff out any viable chance of mitigating the guaranteed mix of damages that are staring him in the face, whilst he fans and intensifies the self initiated forces that cause his leaky boat to rock, and rattle his faux gilded birdcage. All armchair psychology, but as Don Don is under a form pressure he has no control over, then there’s guaranteed fireworks a plenty, isn’t there. The miserable prick won’t supply any soda or popcorn for watching his self-immolating sideshow, though.
