The political world persists in being gloomy, so the Furkids decided that a happy song this week was a necessity. Add in a little magic and frivolity, and it’s the purrfect mind and emotion pick-me-up!
A couple of notes on the illustrations: the Furkids know that donkeys aren’t mules, but the donkeys wanted in on the action and no one wanted to turn them down. Also, chimps aren’t monkeys (they’re apes), but, like the donkeys… uh huh, they wanted to be a part of the fun too! Oh, and the mules and pigs and fish and monkeys were all very enthusiastic about being included in the performance. They’re beastly careless about what the lyrics say because, as they happily explained, “It’s just acting and acting is fun!”
