I apologise for the lateness of this week’s column but I’m out of my sick bed and feeling a little better, so it’s on with the show!
This is the Furkids’ extra-special Halloween event! Their beloved Aunt and Editor, Ursula Faw, suggested the song last year. They instantly loved the music but then declared that it was a Halloween song so it would have to wait until October 2024 for its debut.
Hmmm, that it was a Halloween song wasn’t immediately apparent to me. I read through the lyrics again. Ah, of course, it’s because of the hauntings. You’ll see it when the song gets there.
Candy coins went into the jukebox again this year. In case I haven’t mentioned it before, it’s a magical jukebox that operates on candy at Halloween and chocolate at Catmas and Easter. It’s all ready to go so just press play, scroll down to the illustrated lyrics and sing along!
