After the success of illustrating lyrics to the orchestral section in the second half of Dancing Cheek to Cheek, the Funday Furkids became decidedly ambitious and decided to try illustrating a ballad with the instrumental section in the first part of the song. The piano plays the melody so it’s easy to follow along.

Of course this has involved their writing their own lyrics once more which is always exasperating because they have some really odd ideas fun. You will hear and be able to sing the actual lyrics along with the choir in the second half of the song.

The choice of song was mine this time. It’s one of my favourites from childhood, long ago last century. The recording on the video is the same one I listened to back then. I was a big fan of Roger Williams, the pianist!

At some future time, the team plan to illustrate an entirely orchestral piece. Apparently they don’t believe in baby steps so much as flying leaps! Oh well, we’ll figure it out when it pops up in the schedule. Till then, here is “Till” played by the delightful Roger Williams.
