Right now I keep waiting for two things. You keep waiting for it to stop being so funny, and I keep waiting for Traitor to finally quit d*cking around and drop the hammer where everybody shuts up and everything goes back to normal. And neither one is happening.
El Pendejo Presidente has overplayed this from the very start. To every normal, moral person in this country, There is nothing amusing or titillating about pedophilia and child sex trafficking. But since His Lowness and his army of creeps are nothing if not revolting and disgusting, the Epstein tragedy almost became a drinking game for them. And the fact that Trump was implicated just gave him wood, another evil Democratic chop job to run against.
As I wrote a couple of days ago, Traitor Tot could have gotten away with it if he had just shut up. But he just couldn’t resist raising it again in the campaign, claiming it was a Biden/Garland DOJ created scandal, and promising to blow the whole thing open if he got reelected. And for once, his own party and base are actually expecting him to follow through. And he can’t.
In an old Steven Seagal movie, a bad guy is on a murderous rampage in Brooklyn. At one point he takes his three compatriots into a garage and opens a safe in the floor. The cavity is full of money and drugs. He looks down and says, You guys stick with me for the next 24 hours, and this is all yours. One of his gang looks down, looks at the guy and replies, Hell Richie, we’ve stuck with you through worse sh*t than this for free.Â
For me, that’s the story of the Trump MAGA GOP. As Elwood Blues told the band in Blues Brothers 2000, Go ahead and leave. I won’t stop you. After all, I’ve already dragged you down into the mud about as far as it’s possible for living human beings to go. And that’s Donald Trump. For nine long years he has dragged the entire party into The Slough of Slime. And all followed slavishly. Some of them lost their seats with voters fed up with their bullsh*t. Some retired rather than disgrace themselves any further. But all of them are forever scarred by the foul stench of a garbage heap.
But Emperor Numbus Nuttus is in a much more precarious position this time, for several reasons, to wit;
- Trump always used his omnipresent persona to enforce compliance. In term one, it was fear of retribution in term two. From 2020-2023 it was fear of retribution in term two. But now Trump is a lame duck, and seems to have lost any focus or command
- These sea slugs still have to face the voters, and Trump’s old bullsh*t just isn’t revving their engines the way it used to. Pam Bondi is a perfect example. Attorney General is supposed to be a reward. But the way this is going, she’d be better off resigning and running for the FL Senate in 2026
- Trump is shamelessly pimping pedophilia and child sex trafficking for political gain. And morally and public approval speaking, this is a whole different world than the toxic political sludge they’ve been peddling for nine years. If this is true, people. want. answers
- And most importantly, this time it’s the Trump base that is baying for blood over this issue. And if Trump’s own base is behind them, then they have close-air-support, and they can run on this in 2026 and 2028
But here’s where Watergate comes in. Nixon had a long political history of unsavory and even illegal activity even before Watergate, and yet his GOP stayed with him. Mostly because there was never enough public pressure to force them into an uncomfortable decision. And please remember, Nixon was already a second term President when Watergate kicked into high gear.
So, what turned the tide? In the end it was one man, a senior FBI official named Mark Felt. Using the code name Deep Throat, he started feeding Washington Post reporter Bob Woodward the inside intel that made it possible to blow the whole thing open.
Having lived through Watergate, and becoming politically liberally motivated by it. I can see this crisis for Trump rapidly approaching that level of seriousness. For starters, his own House Speaker, MAGA Mike Johnson, has called for the files to be released in total and let people make their own minds up. We’re talking about MAGA Mike Johnson here! A toady so simpering he had to travel to Mar-A-Slobo to have Trump’s signature in Sharpie signed on his ass under the tattoo I’m his little bitch.Â
For the first time today, I heard calls from the far-right GOP base for a special prosecutor, or a J6 style committee to look into this whole mess. It was KKKeebler the Elf that got Il Douche impeached twice in his first term by stepping back and allowing a Special Counsel to be appointed. Trump’s MAGA caucus stayed with him. But if Pam Bondi actually goes to Amazon and orders a spine, and appoints a Special Counsel, will today’s MAGA GOP stand by him if the charges include pedophilia and child sex trafficking knowing public sentiment, and the fact that Trump can’t really hurt the with the base here?
But much more pertinent and likely for our purposes is the possibility of a leak of classified documents. It is no secret that many rank-and-file FBI agents, along with many senior FBI officials are bristling at the way their job has been denigrated and politicized, throwing the FBI’s vaunted code of excellence out the window.
It. only. takes. one. All it takes is one loyal, dedicated FBI or DOJ agent, with integrity and a hard on for Trump’s abuse of power, to slip a document, or point a finger in a certain direction to a journalist like Carol Leonnig, Philip Rucker, or Jeremy Peters, and you have Watergate 2.0. Don’t start with Traitor Tot, that would look staged. Instead start with some irrefutable facts, and maybe a blueblood name or two to show the investigation is serious and well founded. Then leak more information, like heads coming out of a Hydra, until finally you put Trump’s head in the noose.
If that happens, especially if the Democrats recapture either the House and/or the Senate in 2026, would the GOP Senate still provide a buffer against conviction on charges of pedophilia and child sex trafficking? Especially if their own base is in rveolt over it? We may yet see.
But remember this. To the best of my knowledge there is no statute of limitations in federal law for either pedophilia or child sex trafficking. You wanna see Traitor Tot take a real perp walk? Keep your fingers crossed, and don’t touch that dial.

Yes, he’s fanning the flames of his own pyre. No one, not even the dumbest MAGA, is buying it was a Democrat hoax, and his core supporters on social media are really, really pissed that he’s calling them stupid weaklings.
To me this feels like Watergate, Trump edition, and a special prosecutor could be appointed at some point, maybe after the mid-terms if the House flips to the Democrats. But at that point I don’t think the investigation will focus on whether or not trump engaged in pedophilia, but on the most serious potential crime: the murder of Jeffrey Epstein.
If you consider motive, means and opportunity there is one name that checks all the boxes. One thing is certain. It’s going to hang heavy around his neck for the rest of his term, and quite possibly the rest of his sorry life.
