I have never written a piece about Candace Owens because she is such a trivial bit player in the MAGAverse, but I had to make an exception here. She’s so totally full of herself and this week in Aspen, Colorado she got her comeuppance. Little Miss Entitlement figured she’d mosey into the local COVID-19 testing clinic and when they found out who she was the owner of the clinic canceled the booking. Moral of the story: Being an asshole eventually catches up with you. If Owens had the sense God gave a goat, she would have kept her mouth shut about the incident. Now, her self righteous indignation is getting all corners of social media to dump on her simultaneously.

This is so right on. What Owens can’t understand is that in the real world, where people are dying of COVID-19, histrionics like hers on right-wing media are not appreciated. She can’t have her cake and eat it too. It’s intriguing that she would have enough interest in the coronavirus to want to know if she’s infected with it, while at the same time lying about it for the purposes of putting money into the coffers of the snake oil salesmen that sell supplements and horse dewormer on the right-wing outlets she frequents.

Triaged due to ‘the content of her character’, and not to the color of her skin or her politics.
Although, of course, ironically, it’s a position that her own politics objectively supports elsewhere.
I could be wrong about that, though, it’s hard to know if her policy is freedom of choice, or just craven hypocrisy.
It’s usually “freedom of choice” for them, and “you lose” for the rest of us.
I would of denied her myself, and it has nothing to do with race, because I’m black, but you can’t have It both ways. Spread conspiracy theories, Then now you want to get tested for covid. When she doesn’t even believe that it’s serious. Let her figure it out for herself. Since she thinks she knows every damn thing
Self righteous hypocritical stupidity is very democratic. Being black offers as much protection as horse dewormer does from covid.
This situation has nothing whatever to do with Jim Crow or racism in any way. It is all about KARMA being a marvelous, wonderful BITCH to one of the stupidest right wingers on earth. What goes around definitely needs to come around just a bit more often during this pandemic. Abbott and Noem and DeSantis come to mind, big time! Ane maybe Miz Lindsey needs a dose too since her suffering normally involves the vapors and lilac sachet.
