Donald Trump has a many splendored relationship with both Black Lives Matter and the truth. Both of those came to a fiery confrontation Tuesday. Trump told his Truth Social followers that he has been endorsed by a person described as “Black Lives Matter and Rhode Island activist Mark Fisher.” “Spoke with Mark Fisher yesterday, a great guy, very honored to have his and BLM’s support,” Trump said.
It’s curious that Trump would have wanted to do that, since the last time he spoke about BLM it was to call them bad names and accuse them of bad things. “Black Lives Matter leader states, ‘If U.S. doesn’t give us what we want, then we will burn down this system and replace it’. This is Treason, Sedition, Insurrection!” Trump tweeted on June 25, 2020, according to Raw Story.BLM shot down both Fisher and Trump in this Facebook post.
Trump’s ploy was transparent. He wants to claim that everybody loves him nowadays, Blacks, all POCs, women, raccoons, kangaroos, you name it. Everybody loves Donald. Except that’s not the case. But Fox News was jazzed. They thought they had a winner.
“It’s the duplicity of the Democrats, the hypocrisy,” Fisher told Lawrence Jones Tuesday. “We’re not stupid. The brothers are not stupid. We understand when someone’s for us and when someone is not, and it’s obvious that the Democratic Party is not for us.”
Fisher argued Democrats “don’t value” the Black vote during an interview with “The Kim Iversen Show” earlier this month while praising Trump for advocating policies to uplift the community.Â
“We’ve been used and abused for so long by that party, they don’t value our vote,” Fisher said. “Their policies are basically racist policies. I believe it’s a racist party. Donald Trump is just the opposite. He’s he’s going to tell you how it is. He’s going to give it to you straight.”Â
Poor Fox News. Last week it was the disappointment over the border terrorist attack that wasn’t, this week it’s the BLM Trump endorsement that isn’t. Sigh. What’s a conspiracy theory network to do?
You can pay anyone enough money to do pretty much anything. Sellers said it best: people would swim through shit if you put a few bob in it. Fisher was likely paid by trump/his campaign or he feels the payoff from supporting trump in the form of perhaps an election, a spot on faux nuz, whatever, will be payment enough to make his asinine talk worth it to him. I would bet all I own tho’ that he is getting paid or expects this to benefit him.
If the dems are so abusive to people of color, just what in the f*ck does he think the ‘pubes are doing to people of color? The hypocrisy leaps a mile high. No, he was paid and his silly talk was scripted.
If Donnie is talking, there is a 99.99%chance that he is lying. This lie is not gonna work with PoC because they know better. He is racist through and through. When Kyle Rotten house supports you, there is no way you can factually claim BLM has endorsed you.
