This is the new face of a system which worked just fine election after election, but which is now under paranoid scrutiny and the object of far right-wing conspiracy theories, simply because one man with an insatiable ego could not admit that he lost the 2020 presidential election.

This is life imitating conspiracy theory, literally. Dinesh D’Souza did his ridiculous film, “2,000 Mules” which set William Barr to howling with laughter, yet it resonated with the lunatic fringe, like so many things Trumpian. Now this is what you get, normal people casting a ballot getting stalked by loonies.
What was it Einstein said? “There are two infinite things, the universe and human stupidity and I’m not sure about the universe.” Einstein didn’t live to see MAGA stupidity, which is in a class all its own.
