Former Congressman Adam Kinzinger, who abandoned his seat in the House rather than serve under the regime of Donald Trump, appeared on The Jimmy Kimmel Show this week to discuss the state of the 2024 Presidential race, the Cult of Trump and the stench that persistently clings to the ex-resident’s person – which he describes as “like armpits, ketchup, makeup and a little butt, it’s probably like that, all mixed up.” Kinzinger also opined that bottling the smell would not be a good idea, which is probably why we have not seen a “Trump Cologne” on the market….

Huffington Post

“Former Rep. Adam Kinzinger (R-Ill.) got a little too specific when he attempted to describe Donald Trump’s body odor while speaking to Jimmy Kimmel this week.

“What did it smell like specifically?” Kimmel asked.

“So, if you take, like, armpits, ketchup, makeup and a little butt, it’s probably like that, all mixed up,” he said.

“That’s the Trump formula?” Kimmel said.

“A little bit of a pungent odor, I would say,” he said. “You definitely wouldn’t want to bottle it up and wear Trump cologne.”

Kinzinger said people around Trump are scared to talk about it, but he added that it was obvious ― and that he got a whiff himself more than once.”

You can watch the whole interview on YouTube:

But if you still use Twitter, Meidas Touch also interviewed Kinzinger who used the same description of Trump’s smell, which drew a lot of funny responses…

It is funny that although many folks have commented about his odor, Trump has never taken issue with what they say. It’s either just too embarrassing or too close to the truth, or, as I suspect, both…

  1. Be an azz… smell like it too. 🤦🏻‍♂️. (With special thanks to Joe Scarborough… my long term memory is still okay. Short term… 😬).

  2. It’s been said before that “trump” is slang for a fart. In any case, he is being true to his brand name, he and his politics smell.

  3. Now that description of Trump’s malodorous pheromones by Kinzinger is surely gonna cause a bloody big stinking reptilian reaction in the Mar-a-Lardo ketchup stained adobe. It all depends on no input, but a patient wait, on our account.

  4. The country needs at least two functioning, sane parties for democracy to work. I think what we are seeing here is the early movement to rebuild one of those parties.

After November 5 it’s going to take off big time, and people like McCarthy won’t be taking any more trips to Mar-a-Lago.

And the really satisfying bit is that trump knows it.

    • I have heard that sentiment expressed before… about the country needing 2 healthy parties to make democracy work. I have never agreed with that or understood that view.

The GOP have been sick & corrupt for literally decades, more interested in spreading their BULLSHIT propaganda than any semblance of the truth. It began in earnest with the start of the Fox Propaganda, BULLSHIT & lies network. The GOP have literally been lying to their constituents for decades in order to hold onto them. They know they have no good or popular ideas regarding policy. Their only hope has been to keep their base ignorant of the FACTS.

What it comes down to is that the Democratic party has kept TRUTH & DEMOCRACY alive & well in this country all that time & most definitely since 2015 when the GOP let a CRIMINAL CONMAN take over their party completely to run his CON. He is still running the same CON & most of the GOP leadership knows it, but they are too afraid to say anything.

  5. You know, I get it, Kimmel is a late night show and much of his stuff is humor, political jabs, etc. and that’s fine-good in fact (I for one think his monologues are quite funny). It just seems to me that Mr. Kinzinger and Kimmel could have elevated the conversation a bit-it still could have been political jabs and all that but I’m pretty sure Mr. Kinzinger has some tales to tell not just about trump but also his most ardent supporters in congress. Kind of a missed opportunity.

  6. I believe that at one time there was a Trump Cologne.
I remember listening to presenters on BBC Radio 1 having a laugh over that when one stayed in his New York hotel. In the UK the word “trump” is slang for flatulence. Appropriate, no?
