It is already nothing short of amazing that the Republicans haven’t kicked Santos out of the caucus (Five votes, the only buffer, is nothing short of amazing when a party cannot get their sh*t together in the first place. If it were ten votes, he’d be gone.) Santos created an entirely fake life story. A brief summary from Slate:
But no one is having a worse day than incoming Rep. George Santos, the millennial Republican who flipped a seat on Long Island in November despite (or, actually, because of) lying about nearly every aspect of his biography, including working at Citigroup, graduating from Baruch College, having grandparents who fled the Nazis, and being Jewish.
Interesting, since you’re about to meet the second man who claims that Black Americans are actually Jewish (Ye was the first, saying he can’t be anti-Semitic because Black people are Jewish). Again, the Jewish thing is suspect, also.
It is somewhat understandable. We see pictures of blonde, blue-eyed Jesus in various churches all the time. Go try to find a Palestinian Jew (As Jesus was) with blue eyes and blonde hair. So maybe Santos was simply trying to be like Jesus. “Santos” means saint in Spanish, and it’s just as unusual to meet a Jewish man with a last name that means “Saint.”
And it’s even harder to meet a black man that looks like Santos, and yet that’s what Santos claimed to be (at least in part). Read the quotes in the Tweet:
Summer 2020 he was black too…I suspect he is related to Hershel Walker pic.twitter.com/o3ZFCDUuNt

That’s odd. Again, one just doesn’t regularly meet black men that look like this:

As someone said on Twitter, this requires even more investigation. Yes, he’s already under investigation for criminal activity, but this is almost worse when it comes to political personas. Some people want increased Black American representation and will vote for a Black Republican.
This guy…

He needs mental-health treatment for his lying.
Yep. And he’s making the laws that affect you and me. I may never sleep again.
