Ivana Trump was laid to rest in NY City today, attended by those who loved her in life, and, of course, by her shit-bag ex-husband, who never loved anyone other than himself, but had to make a show of grieving, if only for the benefit of the NY City prosecutor who gave him a hall pass from his disposition -scheduled for the morning after Ivana supposedly fell down a long stair case, suffering no injuries to her extremities or head, but only a blunt force injury to her torso.

Folks are speculating, and in some cases forming conspiracy theories, because Trump has been implicated in many actual, provable conspiracies: fraud schemes, attempted coups, mafia plots, etc. Trump's lawyer admitted that Trump made him threaten hundreds of people with violence.

In 1993, Harry Hurt III published the book Lost Tycoon. This is after Trump had gone bankrupt and left Ivana for Marla Maples. The book was written at what was probably the lowest point of Trump's life, and therefore the point where Ivana felt like she could speak most freely.

The Daily Mail link in the last tweet has video of Calamari escorting Eric Trump to his car outside Ivanna’s apartment. It gives credence to Sarah’s tweet about an example being set for the family, that the man who once promised he would kill for Trump was on scene to interact with his kids.
We may never know how Ivana fell down a flight of stairs and landed on her chest hard enough to be killed with out so much as a bump of her head.
But Sarah seems to suggest we might ask the question.
Ok now we’re talking about a man here who thinks a Sharpie can change the path of a hurricane and who thought nuking hurricanes was something to look into. Falling down stairs can result in interesting damage, depending on how you fall. With a leg going out from under, sideways and down (a rolling fall) would do more torso damage. She should have talked to physical therapists and surgeons before going into conspiracy theories.
