It is anti-government and anti-conservative and most of all anti-American for the GOPers who are defending Donald Trump’s insistence that he won the election to do so.
Paul Ryan has some credit for creating the monster that is Trump. He always dodged Trump’s latest nutty comments, claiming that he didn’t read Trump’s tweets or that Trump was new to all this, give him a chance, let him learn the ropes, etc. But it is to Ryan’s credit that he is taking this stance now. It certainly cannot hurt.
I am really enjoying watching the fracturing of the republican party.

He doesn’t want to rock the boat and the upcoming investigations to turn over the rocks where his treasonous ties to Putin’s extortion $ can be uncovered The GOP-Nazis are all about self-interest over party over country. They will backstab eachother at the earliest opportunity if it means pr4eserving their millions of dark $.
If Trump was in the loop on those dark millions, they won’t stay dark for long…bet that.
While I loath this despicable little toad and his active participation in this administration before he decided to get out while the getting was good, I do appreciate this piece he wrote, especially pointing out the dangers ‘if the whims of Congress replace the will of the people’. Well stated. Too bad he was a party to some of the worst, mean-spirited impulses of his party and their Dear Leader.

Bill Palmer nailed it on Ryan: the latter sat the whole thing and now wants to grab back some power by pretending to be something he never was.
They don’t care about the anti-government part, but they squirm mightily when you bring up the anti-conservative and anti-American aspects.
