Trumpty Dumpty has gone off the wall again, this time with numbers that eclipse what three former presidents racked up during their own terms of office. Trump ends up dead last — while still predicting how there would be a midterm landslide if only he were on the ballot. He is on the ballot, figuratively speaking and this is the referendum against him.
