Lawd have mercy on us and stop the fake bravado of our ‘president’. He can’t make up his mind. He doesn’t know what to do with Iran. And it’s hurting us. Apparently, Hegseth doesn’t know what to do either. But the decision rests on Trump’s shoulders, and it’s getting heavy. Regards to Raw Story:
President Donald Trump reacted on Thursday to reports on where negotiations stand with Iran amid the ongoing Israeli-U.S. war. In a post on his Truth Social platform, he argued that reports saying he was uneasy about the ongoing conflict were inaccurate and tried to set the record straight, while also attacking The New York Times and CNN for their reporting.
Well, that goes right along with how he thinks. His first reaction is to attack. It’s not working anymore, and he still keeps on trying even when he’s wrong. The ego is too fragile for him to admit he’s made a mistake. He has to know by now that by extending the cease-fire indefinitely, he’s put us under Iran. We are very much the “weak sister” in this. Iran holds the rest of the cards to our one: the blockade.
“For those people, fewer in number now than ever before, that are reading The Failing New York Times, or watching Fake News CNN, that think that I am ‘anxious’ to end the War (if you would even call it that!) with Iran, please be advised that I am possibly the least pressured person ever to be in this position,” Trump wrote. He also tried to claim the outlets had lost their integrity and audience while unleashing threats on Iran.
Least pressured? Ahahaha. It’s because he’s an imbecile. We can tell from all his ranting on (not) Truth Social in the middle of the night. He has absolutely no idea what to do. He won’t call in the experts on this sort of thing and actually *listen* to them. He’s happy in his own little world where he thinks he’s the greatest ever and things will work out with Iran. Right now, working with Iran doesn’t seem possible, at least not yet.
“I have all the time in the World, but Iran doesn’t — The clock is ticking!” Trump wrote. “The reason some of the Media is doing so poorly with Subscribers and Viewers is because they no longer have credibility. Iran’s Navy is lying at the bottom of the Sea, their Air Force is demolished, their Anti Aircraft and Radar Weaponry is gone, their leaders are no longer with us, the Blockade is airtight and strong and, from there, it only gets worse — Time is not on their side! A Deal will only be made when it’s appropriate and good for the United States of America, our Allies and, in fact, the rest of the World.
*yawn* SSDD. At least he’s getting a little more creative with his threats, not that it matters. Nothing with Iran is going to happen until Iran is good and ready. They had best be resupplying our ships, because they’re going to be there a while, as much as it sucks for the people onboard. The blockade pisses me off, but it’s the only thing we have left right now. I’m just waiting and seeing if Trump and Hegseth start throwing things at Iran again and make another mess. Damn, I wish this war were over and done.
