It would be interesting to know what the motivation is for this. Yes, an overactive ego could be bragging once again. But surely Trump has paid attention to the first line of this song, “And now, the end is near….” Is Donald telling us something? Is he flipping out and he knows it? Or is cholestoral going to do her job, finally, and maybe Trump’s doctor warned him about that? Who knows, but here’s the post.

Sinatra did not like Trump. In fact, he told him to go fuck himself. The occasion for that was when Trump didn’t want Sammy Davis Jr. to play in Atlantic City, so Sinatra decided not to play the gig either, both out of loyalty to Davis and on general principle.
If Trump had a dollar for each time a celebrity told him to go eff himself, he’d have more money than he’s stealing from us.
Maybe Trump is singing about the Iran war and how it’s “his way.” That’s precisely the problem with it, it’s his way as opposed to the way of military guides and diplomats.
Or, maybe Trump does sense that the end is near. Anything is possible in this insane news cycle, anything at all.
