Get ready, folks. The world premiere of Melania is coming soon to a theater near you, January 30, to be precise. You’ll be thrilled to learn that the American premiere will take place at the Kennedy Center. If the attendance there for the premiere matches the attendance for other events, look for the room to be half full — although Trump will undoubedly have a lot of sychophants who owe him one in attendance. Trump was asked about the movie recently and he came up with a surprising answer. Daily Beast:
Donald Trump has revealed he has yet to watch all of a new documentary about his wife Melania, only a few weeks from its release.
Amazon reportedly paid $40 million to fund the project which promises “unprecedented access” to the first lady in the 20 days before her husband’s second presidential inauguration.
The film will premiere on Jan. 30, but on Sunday, Trump admitted he had yet to see all of the documentary centered on his wife of 20 years.
“I’ve seen pieces of it,” the 79-year-old told reporters as part of a press gaggle on Air Force One.
We have all seen pieces of it. We’ve all seen the trailer. Fascinating that Trump’s interest in his wife’s motion picture career is so wan, isn’t it? Especially since a TV series is also contemplated, depending we presume, upon the success of the movie.
“It’s incredible,” he said. “I tell you, I think it’s going to do very [well]. She did a book and the book was a big No. 1 bestseller and this is a movie and, uh, it seems to be captivating a lot of people’s attention. It’s, uh, very good.”
The 79-year-old did confirm he had managed to secure the “Donald J. Trump and John F. Kennedy Memorial Center” to stage his wife’s premiere, saying it was “very exciting.” The exact premiere date has yet to be confirmed.
It will probably be a few days before the January 30 release date. But, as stated, considering how the Kennedy Center has become a ghost town recently, don’t expect hordes of people to be crowding out the theater for the premiere.

Like many a model she did some semi-nude, provocative sets. I understand one or two bordered on soft porn. Against, not uncommon for run of the mill models then or now. My point is that even if her big movie were actual porn (there’s ‘Cougar’/’MILF’ porn) I doubt they’d make back the forty million fee to “Melanie” and the production costs.
I find the ads hawking this piece of crap revolting. Before she even completes saying “Here we go again” I’m reaching for the remote and hitting the previous channel button. I don’t care what will come up. I just don’t want to see any of her or her stupde “LUUUKE At MEEEEE!” movie. Even ‘highlights’ that get used in these types of promos. For many a movie the previews wind up being the only watchable thing about a film. Sometimes no matter how hard they try the PR folks can’t even get the previews to make people want to watch the film when its release. After viewing the one for this it’s my considered judgement the preview sucks and is the best his piece of shit fllm has to offer.
If someone were to invite me and offer to pay for my ticket and refreshments I’d look them straight in the eye and say “I’ve got to wash my hair.” (Note to anyone who’d read this. That’s me in the avatar. I’m bald! A ‘chrome dome’)
I’m pretty sure the ONLY bits of the (cough)movie(cough) that Drumpf has seen were those parts that mentioned HIM or showed HIM.
The tub’o’lard couldn’t possibly stay awake long enough to watch ANY film the whole way through.
