ICE Will ‘Lose’ Jonathan Ross. Soon They’ll Say “Jonathan Ross? Never Heard Of Him”

I’m more convinced than ever ICE knew within moments of their agent Jonathan Ross shooting and killing Renee Nicole Good they knew how badly he’d f****d up. First, they wasted little time after first responders took control of Good’s body (more on that later) piling into their vehicles and getting the hell away from the crime scene. That’s NOT how LE is supposed to do things. Then within hours ICE agents were seen clearing out Ross’ Minneapolis House, carrying crates of possessions including a computer and tower, and seemingly evacuating his wife.  Soon, ICE will say they ‘can’t confirm’ Ross’ whereabouts. Then they will say they’ve ‘lost track’ of him. Finally when asked they will say “Jonathan Ross? We’ve never HEARD of any Jonathan Ross. At least one who has even been a federal agent!”

As we know from the first Trump administration ICE/DHS knows how to ‘lose” people because they literally did lose thousands of children. There is a long, long Wikipedia link about the infamous child separation policy which more than once references the specific decision NOT to track what happened to over five thousand (some think the figure tops six thousand or more) children, some toddlers and even infants stripped from their parents. ICE/DHS knows how to ‘lose’ people when it wants to.  That’s exactly what they are trying to do with Jonathan Ross. I’d say odds are good that a report will get filed by the head of the group guarding him that says “Ross told us he has a place he and the family can go to and that he’d ordered a moving truck. He thanked us and sent us away, and told us he’d get in touch once he was settled.” Even that report will get ‘misfiled’ but probably come to light eventually.

Ross as I’ve written from early on was no doubt taken somewhere and flown OUT of Minnesota within an hour or so. As this article from The Daily Mail tells us neighbors could see his wife pacing back and forth in the driveway of their five bedroom house.  The house, according to the linked article now sits empty. I rather doubt the Ross family will ever see it again except in pictures. Same for the city of Minneapolis and the state of Minnesota. ICE got them the hell out of dodge before the sun went down:

Daily Mail images captured half a dozen Federal officers wearing masks and balaclavas, one carrying pepper spray and another wielding an assault rifle.

They entered the smart five-bed home before carrying out five large plastic crates, a computer tower and a stack of picture frames.

The agents climbed back into their unmarked trucks afterwards to form a defensive formation around a personal vehicle that drove out of the garage.

The driver of the black Jeep SUV wore a full-face mask, making it impossible to identify him.

‘How much money are you making’ growled one agent as he approached the Daily Mail reporting staff.

Another climbed out and took a close-up cell phone video of our photojournalist before the convoy drove away.

The linked article includes comments they got from Ross’ 80 year old father who lives in Pekin, Illinois. Being an Illinoisan and back in college knowing relatives of a rather notorious Sheriff up there I can’t say I’m surprised. Hell, most parents instinctively are protective of their children. But the comments about Ross being a wonderful, loving guy and a committed Christian seen over the top. As for the “committed” part I say Ross SHOULD be committed, or rather incarcerated. He violated procedure during a vehicle stop six months ago and got his arm hung up trying to taser the driver of a vehicle trying to get away. After being dragged it took over thirty stitches to his arm and leg to fix him up. Physically at least. I can’t help but wonder if Ross is suffering from PTSD. Here’s another question: Did some of those he worked with wonder the same thing? In other words why the HELL was Ross out working the streets instead of doing desk work?

It might take until 2029 and a new, Democratic administration for Ross to face charges for what he did. Should that day come (please, PLEASE let that day come) a key issue will be “Intent.” The government will have to prove beyond a reasonable doubt what Ross’ state of mind was when he drew his gun and opened fire. He’d already violated standard LE procedure by walking in front of of a vehicle (it LE has to be in front even for a second or two you do so at a distance that allows time to get the hell out of the way) and from his own leaked cell phone video gets NO attitude from his victim. Renee Good is smiling at that point (it was just prior to two other ICE agents approaching and ordering her out of the car, then trying to open the door to YANK her out) and in an easygoing tone says it’s all good. She’s not mad at him.

Then Ross circles around back and finds himself confronted by a woman (who turned out to be Good’s wife/partner) who does actually give him some attitude. Did THAT set him off. Good’s partner I suspect will be haunted by that question for the rest of her life. What matters is that, still filming with his cell phone Ross walks (not runs, but walks) around the front of Good’s vehicle a second time, and at just a little more than an arm’s length distance. Good’s partner had shut up so Ross could surely hear his colleagues confronting Good, in an escalating tone. He was at the right front corner of the vehicle as she turned the wheel to the right and attempted to slowly drive away. You can literally see her turning the wheel to the right, AWAY from Ross when, still holding his phone in one hand he drew his weapon and fired his first shot. 

If you look closely, and I hope to find a three frame picture Joe Scarborough showed this morning Ross is mostly blocked from view by another agent when he fires his first shot. But Scarborough called attention to one bein able to see Ross’s leg. And that the vehicle was turning away from him. What no one seems to want to say (so far) is that for all three shots Ross, who we are told by his defenders was ‘in fear for his life’ is LEANING FORWARD! If I were prosecuting I’d make a BFD about that. I’d also, to put a point on my case Ross had ill intent point out what he said literally as the vehicle he’d shot into was headed away to crash. “Fucking Bitch.”  In a matter of seconds we went from a smiling victim trying to assure him she was was cooperative and not angry to her being shot two, perhaps three times and Ross calling her a fucking bitch.

Yeah, I’d say Ross had ill intent. More importantly so did his colleagues. After all, they actively prevented a doctor who was there, begging to check on and try to help Good a chance to do so. They claimed they had their own medics, yet NOT ONE OF THEM attempted to render aid. Nor would they allow the ambulance through to the vehicle. Or even for paramedics to roll a stretch to it! They forced first responders to carry her, as one witness is shown on video saying ‘like a sack of potatoes.’  What struck me was video taken from a helicopter of them at one point laying her on that cold, frozen and snow packed road to administer CPR. We may never know, but the fact is people have survived and even recovered to a sometimes remarkable degree from a gunshot to the head.  Just ask former Representative Gabby Giffords, now wife of Senator Mark Kelly.

But ICE not only obstructed Good from getting medical help, help that might have made a difference they also didn’t do jack themselves. Every LE agency, state or federal mandates that aid should be rendered as quickly as possible. Ross and his pals said ‘f*ckall to THAT. Instead, a quick phone call was made. Their version of ‘Houston, we’ve had a problem’ and the whisking away of Ross and his family commenced. Will we ever see the cell phone records to learn who on the scene called what higher ups? Those phone numbers will be guarded by ICE more than the codes in the nuclear “football.” The the phones themselves will get crushed and melted down. Then mixed into a huge blob of concrete and dropped into the deepest part of the Mariana’s Trench, forever hidden under almost seven miles of ocean.

Jonsthan Ross is being hidden. Next he will get “lost” by ICE, DHS and the DOJ will be told ‘golly gee – we have no idea where he is now.’ Eventually ICE/DHS will say there’s NO record of any Jonathan Ross ever even applying to, much less getting hired by them. While researching this morning prior to writing this I saw something truly appalling. GoFundMe has allowed a fundraiser for him an close to a hundred thousand had already been raised. I’m betting that like Kyle Ratf*cker… er, Rittenhouse having shot and killed people, having looked for a chance to shoot and kill someone and actually doing it will if he chooses have a nice living being a RWNJ ‘hero.’

Or, since ICE has already gone to a lot of effort to ‘disappear’ him and will probably find him a nice, comfy home and fake identity he’ll just live a quiet life somewhere. He will after all in addition to the GoFundMe and Trump pressing rich friends to obtain a nice place for him along with some ‘starting over’ money have the resources. How they will pay his pension (yes, he will qualify for one based on length but not quality of service) to him without the state of Minnesota using his monthly payouts to locate him will take some doing. But DOGE asshats are still at wrok in the Trump administration even if Elon himself isn’t.

For now ICE is hiding Ross. Somewhere. Noem and Bondi will do everything in their power to keep him hidden away. Then, I’m convinced they will try to ‘erase’ him entirely. Every day Democrats and pundits need to be shouting the question “Where is Jonathan Ross and what has he said about what he did?”
