Demented is as demented does. Donald Trump met with oil executives and cabinet members recently and he was in full bore TV master of ceremonies mode. It was all one big joke, even though the subject at hand was Venezualan oil. Now considering the fact that Trump did a major coup on Venezula in recent days, it should not be a joke. But you know Trump. He cannot keep a train of thought for longer than a few minutes and then he just listens to the next person he talks to and let’s them explain what’s going on.

This was the same meeting where he got up to go stare at the non-existent ballroom outside the double French doors. Trump isn’t hitting on all cylinders and it’s only mid-January. Expect all this to get worse. Dementia is a progressive and irreversible disease.
