In the feature image today, there’s a green budgie (short for budgerigar, aka lovebird), another Australian native. Budgies are very chatty birds and noted for their mimicry and friendliness.

In the traditional lyrics, the eighth day is given to eight maids a-milking. The Furkids feel strongly that it’s the cows who should be featured since they are the ones who produce the milk. But what are these cows wearing?! It’s time to find out, so get comfy, press play on the jukebox and scroll down to the illustrated lyrics.

If you missed any of the first seven days, you can catch up with them here:

Tune in tomorrow for the Ninth Day of Catmas!
Also, Furkids would really appreciate some frothy milks from ko-fi.com/furkids for Catmas. They love licking up frothy moustaches. You can treat them for just $3/€3/£3. All proceeds go towards Loula’s healthcare, with our heartfelt gratitude to all contributors. 💝 💖 💝
